Seriously After I paid How am I supposed to solve the problem I didnt even see anything and the money is gone already I really wanna read the magazine But what am I gonna do Can anybody help     Cant update the library An error has occurred

I love that I can get my glamour on my iPad Also its easy to download and the auto remove is a nice new feature                 Awesome app

I purchased two previous issues and continuously get an error during download I have contacted Conde Nast and several days later the problem persists I have done everything they suggested multiple times     Doesnt work

I was skeptical that the Glamour App was all it claimed to be but i am happy to report that i was wrong I enjoy this electronic version so much Anything that catches my eye i either click on or scroll down and whalaa more content one click purchasing the works Truth be told i like my online mag even more than my hard copy Keep up the great work GlAM TEAM Im hooked                 Love This Version of Glamour Mag

I takes ages to download if it finally does and crashes frequently Want to cancel my subscription     Slow and unreliable

I enjoy having access to the digital version with my paid print subscription I was having problems downloading full issues previously which made me reluctant to switch to a digital subscription only however those problems have ceased and I am a pretty happy customer              Pretty cool

I love being able to read Glamour anywhere I go Very convenient                 Glamour on IPad

I got a notification to download the new issue and when I go to the app it says that January is not available I restored purchases and it still wont let me download Im a subscriber so the issue has already been paid for     Not available

Takes far to long to load a magazine Not worth the headache     Terribe

This app is useless and Conde Nast is not helpful in resolving this issue at all Whats point going digital if the app doesnt work Very frustrated     Same issue as everyone else

I should have read the reviews before spending 1999 for a 1 year subscription Just purchased and supposedly downloaded the first issue March 2013 Well upon opening the issue it is taking 10 mins For each page to download Right now I cant get past page 4 of the magazine And it is not just Glamour but also the Allure Magazine as well Conde Nast get your act together     Bad Bad Bad

This app deletes all the downloads so you have to start over Its very frustrating I downloaded all the issues and it dumped them in the cloud when the new issue came out The download speed is agonizingly slow even on my new iPad Air with a good wifi connection        Needs improvement

I cant sign in my account I change the password and still Ant sign in my glamour magazine account                 Bad app

This app is completely useless It continually crashes When tech support is contacted their only advice is to delete the app and reinstall which means that users lose all of their data bookmarks etc While that solution make work for tech support it doesnt work for someone who has paid for their subscription No only has this caused me endless frustration Im canceling my subscription I will not reward poor customer service     Complete Crap continually crashes no tech support

I am a print subscriber and have been trying to download the ipad editions for a week This is so frustrating     Useless

Update I GOT IT TO WORK FINALLY My download has been stuck at 160 out of 500 Mps for a while every time I tried to continue the download it would tell me an error occurred and to restart the app I tried again and while it was attempting to download I hit cancel and it cleared the download I hit download again and it started from the beginning and FINALLY downloaded properly It doesnt work and Im still being charged What a waste I prefer the nook store magazines as I dont have that problem with Barnes and Noble and magazines not downloading           FINALLY I GOT IT TO WORK

This app doesnt even have the recent magazines on here what the point of signing in if I can not even access new editions So stupid I pay for a printed one I should be able to see the iPad version as well     Terrible

Although I agree with some of the comments in reviews before me such as the length of the download per issue I still stand that this is the best individual magazine app Its dynamic interactive and smart Unlike Zinio Glamour fits the iPad and uses all its features If you like something you can click it and it will take you to a website or a video Im a huge fan of this app and love using it every month              Best Individual Mag App

I have always appreciated Glamours slightly more intellectual take on the ladymag but I love the addition of the interactive features in the iPad app The scrolling stories and tap to read captions as well as the tablet version exclusives make it even more fun to read              Very interactive

Sometimes magazines refuse to download all the way Not a big problem but minority annoying              Good solid app when articles download completely

Even when Im signed into my account on this app I cant read the magazine on my iPad even though Im a subscriber and receive it in the mail When I try and use the All Access feature which would allow me to read current issues on my iPad it keeps saying I have to confirm my subscription even though Ive done that already Then when I try and do it again it either says my name and address arent recognized or my subscription number has already been used on All Access but it wont let me go past the initial set up screen When I tried to contact customer care it just takes me to a blank white page after I submitted my issue so I have no idea whether or not my issue was sent or not Such a useless app and I probably wont be renewing my subscription with Glamour because of it     Cant download any issues even though Im a subscriber

I should have read the reviews prior to purchasing The magazine crashes if you open without internet connectionwhy cant I read offline     Conde Nast Its time to be tech savvy

Have a subscription but cant access Jan 2014 No matter what I do when I input my account info still showing no access or suggests that I should subscribe What     Paid subscriber No access Rip off

This app DOES NOT work Im traveling and was really looking forward to reading glamour on my ipad Especially since I cant get my print copies while Im away What a waste of money I keep trying to redownload the app but it keeps making it worse I used to be able to see my library at least even though I could never download my issues Every time I tried to it would say there was a problem with connectivity even though my interest was fine When I downloaded the app again I cant even see my library It keeps asking me to subscribe even though Im signed in None of the buttons work for the all access section that Im supposed to press As if the app is permanently frozen So frustrating     Useless

Havent been able to download this since I bought my subscription apparently theres an ongoing error     Meh

Cannot download ANY issue since subscribing I have tried multiple times on different internet connection and always get an error during download message I have attempted restart redownload and searching for solutions online NOTHING     Horrible

I can not download any magazines Every time I get the message cannot connect to server at this time This has been going on for months now I also cant delete old issues that I had in my library before this started     Magazine wont download

One thing that I like reading mag on my iPad is that we can really choose what we want to click point and read This app gives the right amount of interactivity Hope thats a word              Interactive

I read the terrible reviews but figured what the heck I have paid for the online access with my print subscription and I downloaded it anyway Download went well App works well Very happy                 Excellent app

I hate the newer versions of this app In the Library I have to scroll through all issues currently available to buy to find the ones Ive actually purchased and I have to do this every time I open the app Your older versions Library showed only issues that I own which is how its supposed to be Dirty trick     Library Layout

I have downloaded this three separate times in the past month I was COMPLETELY unable to download any of the magazines though I either get the slowest downloads ever unlike any other information I access on my iPad or it stops after about 5Mb Note I have the IPad2 64 I tried customer service and after a series of 5 separate emails where they gave me completely irrelevant instructions varying from download the app to subscribe I finally was told to delete then download the app again since there had been upgrades Really in the past 14 days This app is horrible I havent been able to access a single magazine Plus theres a top bar that suggests 1 that I sign in even when signed in and 2 that I download the app that Im currently using If they dont have the right technology yet its not appropriate to sell this subscription and to make us beta test not to mention training their customer service department to read and answer customer questions with relevant information WOW several months later and this is STILL true Subscriber of MANY years LOST Buhbye Glamour     Complete crap

You used to like her but she has become more trouble than shes worth Issues are so large they eat into your space and youre forced to archive all issues except the one you are currently reading This is painful because App crashes CONSTANTLY while viewing magazine Downloading new issues is EXCRUCIATINGLY SLOW App cannot complete downloads while you are reading another issue God forbid I ever want to log in again because password retrieval system doesnt work The only way to return to pages for reference is to take screenshots for later viewing because there is no way to bookmark pages     Its like having a real loser for a friend

Ive been trying to download the magazine for days I receive them in the mail and have my email confirming my iPad subscription however when I sigh in and after it updates it still says subscribe It will not allow me to download any magazine Isnt that the purpose of this app Unfortunately this has been a great waste of my time and energy Dont even bother to download     Terrible
