I m compelled to come give a review because I wrote to the developer with a couple minor questions about the interface and got a personal letter complete with detailed step by step tutorials to address my questions I m very impressed with that level of care for their customers As for the product it is super helpful for organizing and keeping track of where you stand when you have a lot of people to get gifts for I find each year I have to fiddle around about before I remember that gifts not only get assigned to a person but to an event I like tracking the stages a gift goes through idea need it ordered have it gifted Remember to see it through to the end or next year you will have lots of ungifted gifts around Highly recommend                 I ve been using it for years b’arque

This app helps organize gift ideas and purchases It would be nice if an update added the capability to customize the location of gifts after you receive them instead of one answer if gift closet especially for Christmas when tracking hiding spots is important                 Very helpful Powerjuice

Great app I plan to use it year round to record gift ideas as they come to me I like being able to record people s likes and interests as well as dislikes which I use to record food allergies or that some one is a non drinker I do find that needing to add duplicates of a gift an awkward way to handle but can live with it Developer is VERY responsive to suggestions in a positive way                 Great gift list not just for Christmas Fulinn

I ve used this for 6 months now The one thing I like that I haven t found on other apps is the ability to look back to past events Love that I do wish it would show a total for each event and it could use a little more work getting back to the main menu faster easier But overall I like it                 Pretty Good 123klg

Lots of good features but simple to figure out There s a lot of flexibility for how you look at the info you ve put in which I found to be limited in other apps I ve downloaded and deleted many gift apps and tried a couple that I just couldn t love after using them a while This is the one I ll keep                     Great app ccih

Like the interface and functionality Love the immediate response when I posted what I thought was missing from the app                     Just What I Need eyediom

This app has so much potential but for it s one I begrudgingly use every year several years running now if at all through a love hate relationship Navigating and inputting data is tedious too much toggling back and forth between screens Main menu controls should be accessible from everywhere with a master menu bar across the bottom or something The biggest thing PLEASE add an import widget feature for gift entry Filling in all the details especially with all the tedious toggling is a pain and too time consuming I need a widget and or to be able to put in a web address and it fetch the data and picture This is especially a pain when I m shopping from my phone which I often do Then I m toggling back and forth within the app because of how entry is set up here AND toggling in and out of the app to a website to copy and paste remember as much data in one pass as I can and screen shot a picture of the item further cluttering my camera roll I really like how information is presented and the features this app covers especially the gift closet feature None of the gift manager apps seem to get it just right Other issues lacks syncing between devices lack of static budget I want the app to keep what I set for each person from year to year other apps do Other minor complaints I find the green and blue obnoxious and the graphics are lagging behind other apps How about a slick black and gold that can be used year round which the app thankfully supports that doesn t look like a 4 year old s birthday So this app does more organizationally with greater control but it just needs to be done better cleaner more efficiently More updates please not just bugs real improvements Some years I still resort to pencil and paper I like what this app does and how it manages but it s so tedious to use it takes more time than it saves me I m sure it wouldn t if I had fewer events and people to buy for BUT then I really wouldn t have the need for an app to manage in the first place             COULD be the best not quite dyan007

This app is far superior to any of the other 4 gift apps I ve tried mostly because it is easy to use and because I can use it all year for EVERY gift giving occasion I especially love the gift closet That way if I buy something early I don t forget I have it I would rate it 5 stars if I could control the organization of the items I ve gifted Right now it is alphabetical but I d like the option to sort by year or occasion especially since I ve had the app for a few years                 Most used gift app TaikoCrane

I m really quite happy with this app It really helps to keep things organized for the many people and events I need to purchase gifts I do however wish that there were a few more features It would be nice if they had a way to mark if you have wrapped a gift this would be particularly helpful for Christmas when I try to wrap things little by little It would also be helpful if you could add a person event for a one time gift rather that having them stay on your list permanently weddings showers etc I d also like to see the gifts organized by event date rather than alphabetically Despite a few shortcomings it s still a much better gift app than most others I ve tried                 Great but could use a few new features Cardigan39

On my third year with this app My two biggest peeves id like the option to archive past gifts once they are given I feel it s too much clutter to have a mile long list of gifted and see all the past events lumped together My second peeve multiple receivers I d like to be able to select more than 1 person for a gift idea instead of copying it multiple times THEN re entering it for each person I have many gifts and people to log and after a while it becomes tedious It has just about all that I need so I still use it but I m always on the look out for a better app             Could be better xNicollex

There are only two things lacking for this app to be 5 stars all around 1 when viewing person have the already gifted items be sorted chronologically by event date and NOT alphabetically and 2 when viewing by event gifts only gifted for THAT event should display NOT the person s entire gifted history                 Almost perfect KCR mom

Despite my 50 gifts already purchased or awaiting delivery I thought I would give this a try the week before Christmas It didn t take as long as I anticipated It provides an accurate accounting per person provided a list of what s yet to arrive and lets me add photos of what I actually purchased Because I imported my family s contact info it automatically created their birthdays and wedding anniversaries for events Now when I get an idea i ll put it in the gifted instead of the various scraps of notes in several places on my phone One of the best apps I ever bought                     Everyone needs this SoftwareTrainer

This app has been very useful to me It is a bit time consuming to enter all the data on all the gifts you have given or have in the closet and ideas for the future as well but so worth it It also has an area for your notes Great gift app                     Best one Karla Carson
