LAB RESULTS: This is an opt-in program that, once set up, will allow users to request and store test results directly from Quest Diagnostics.

PRESCRIPTIONS: With Gazelle, you will be able to enter you prescription information and bring it with you.

EMERGENCY INFORMATION: Gazelle can be set up to allow first responders to view critical information in the event of an emergency, such as special medical conditions, allergies, medications being taken or emergency contact info.
