The app is pretty awesome you avoid busy tones and rude customer service when calling in and the cabs get to your location pretty quick as a posed to when you call to order the cabs take 15 30 minutes and sometimes never even show Thumbs up                     Faster cabs Jmagiix

I use GataHub to book taxis MUCH better than waiting on hold to reach a dispatcher But the UI is apparently the work of designers trained by Microsoft not Apple So it takes some time to figure it out Hire a good designer and this could be a 5 star app             Very useful UI needs improvement etm1952

I use this app to request taxi service to and from work almost everyday It allows me to schedule a ride hours in advance alerts me when the cab is being dispatched estimated time it will be there and I can even watch the cab approach using the map on this app I absolutely love it I use this app more than any other on my iPhone The only negative is you can only schedule 1 ride at a time My sister and I work at the same place but at different times would be nice to schedule our rides at 1 time                     Fantastic App toddnMO

So far I only use this app to order cabs from Checker I use cabs at least 7 times a week This app has in the short time I have used it been fantastic I think the drivers and cab dispatchers will find it makes work easier too                     Taxi I love this app Mundivaganti

I thought I would add some things to this Review after I saw the one star review There is No Credit Card Required or Personal Information needed to use this App You can watch the driver pull right up to your location So really what is their to lose trying this App Also if you click on notes in the App you can tell the driver how many people you have and all kinds of other info like there s multiple drop off or pick up locations It has a fare calculator also The people at Gata labs have been constantly trying to make it a great experience for the customer and the businesses This app works in different towns and states also They are a new company and they are still recruiting businesses If your in a area that has no businesses there will be eventually People just have to remember what patience is Every one wants it now but you still have to build it up first Remember the saying good things come to those who wait Well now you know why we have all of the disposable crap and get frustrated when things don t work when there not that old We just started using this App for our taxi company and so far it has been a real timesaver Also the dispatch software has really helped out a lot It still has some bugs to work on and some options to be relabeled like the note button It should be passenger info for driver or of passengers                     Awsome app real time saver more options then uber for the passenger and a lot more secure Mikeheisler

Unfortunately this app does not work I reserved a cab 12 hours in advance for a 5 30am airport taxi In the morning after the car didn t show up I called the company only to find out they didn t even have my reservation     Left me stranded w o a cab Jeremy Willet
