Downloaded the app to keep track of preorders after e3 Well out of 6 preorders it still shows I only have 1 preorder I called my lock store and they were able to confirm I do have 6 pos but they will not show up in the app no matter what Logged out and back in deleted it and downloaded againnothing works App is only useful for GameStop to send you advertisements Junk Crap

Everything else is fine and works but for my pre orders some of them say payed in full when i have not payed the item off yet i have 280 on the xbox one halo console and its telling me payed in full if you want to give me it for 280 i will gladly take it but it does that for a lot of my pre orders Gamestop app preorders
Add an automatic game library that updates when someone buyssellstrades a game A feature that is missing is a gamefollow feature If a game gets released a notification from the app would be great When I search for a game it says that the game isnt available at my home store but when I go to view more stores to see which other stores may have the game my home store appears That is aggravating Please add more avatar photos App is not working correctly

This app has become very useful to me in various ways and I appreciate having it But Ive had one issue with it I have been using he app on an iPad so I have had to deal with the downsized display that was designed to be used on an iPhone as well as everything being pixelated It would be much appreciated if you would consider adding compatibility to iPads Thanks Compatibility
This is a great app except for the fact that it never shows you what preorder bonuses are which is crazy that I have to go and leave the app just to pull up the website and type in the game then click the title on the page and then scroll down but if they had that kind of thing already part of the app it would save so much hassle and time My other concern is that some videos for the app dont have soundeither which is another let down App support
Im not looking for this app to do everything if I wanted that I could just go the browser version or call my local store For an app it gets all the basic jobs and important details done Gets the basic job done

The app is cool and works for the most part but the preorders sections needs some work Doesnt show me the correct amount of preorders or it tells me that Ive canceled an order when I actually picked it up Could use a few updates

I go to gamestop all the time and the people who work there are always helpful and fun to talk to and this app helps me keep track of all my points and preorders The only thing wrong with the app is the point rewards always reset at the top of the list when you check a reward GameStop is awesome

We liked GameStop for many reasons Found some items I wanted to get a child for his birthday The app said they were at available at two locations The first location we went to WASNT THERE ANYMORE It was a cricket phone store The second one said they no longer carried apple products the display cases or elsewhere in the store even though they do accept used ones based on their condition If an item is not available online for purchase and its not in stores then where is it GameStop has some issues to iron out Unreliable app needs some work
This is one of my favorite apps I can keep track of points preorders and you get points for checking in to a store the only thing I wish you would change is instead of 5 points for checking in how about 15 or 10 Great app
For the most part its a very useful app but my preorders are s complete mess on it Games Ive cancelled are marked as picked up Games I did pick up are listed as cancelled and it constantly shows the wrong amount that I have down in my games Its getting pretty frustrating Preorders are a mess
Worst app as far things go try attempts to log in always come back with ERROR There was a problem attempting to log in please check your credentials or try again later has been like this for as long as I can remember A serious fix or reworking is needed Login issues

Ive had the app for a while and always dealt with the same repeated issue constantly being logged off In addition I always had to reset my password because my credentials were invalid I finally got so sick of it I just deleted it from my phone No regrets at all in getting rid of it Cant log in

I had this app for three years and all of a sudden its logging me out of my account when Im in the middle of something Please fix this dilemma so I can go back to using it without it messing up Thank you This is not normal for me

Despite what Allynn was clearly paid to say this app is not perfect It frequently logs you off which is ridiculous and then tells you your credentials are wrong Have to constantly reset my password and it still will not let me log I despite typing all my info in perfectly Not sure why this app has so many problems with logging in but it really needs to be fixed Delusional

Repeated crashes pages constantly reload when youre trying to scroll through If you scroll too quickly youre returned to the top of the menu Will revise score if I can make it 10minutes without it crashing I have an iPhone 6 brand new so its not the phone Crash crash crash
I think the app is extremely useful and has a beautiful interface I can set things to my calendar which is also useful However he app no longer allows me to view my pre orders and paid in full games and that makes me trip out a little because I have paid money for these games so Im hoping my purchases are still inside the actual system Luckily I kept my receipt Please fix this because it would worry a lot of other people too Decent but buggy app

I recently ordered 5 items 3 games 1 accesory and 1 console i paid around 160 plus shipping and everything I got my first package First package You ask yes they sent the games to me first on a friday and the console wont be here until the next tuesday If you want to buy or sell games or anything to do with gaming go to amazon they ship everything together and they are usually cheaper gamestop is a terrible buisness and this app is horrible as well Dont use gamestop
