This app on both iPad and iPhone is worthless It doesnt provide the automatic form on replies that you use on a regular computer You cant assign a ticket to another agent from the ticket view If you use the mobile version of the page its just as bad I have to switch to full view but then the lag makes productivity nonexistent This app needs major improvement before its sensible to use by any company that receives lots of tickets and requires replies to be in the same format     Tech support for a website
I used the app for a few days and it seems like a nice app if you have an iPhone An iPad version of the app would be great           App seems good but needs an iPad version

I like Freshdesk and I like this app but without push notifications its almost worse than using email the old way I have rules in my email setup to mark support emails as read and put them in a folder because they are going to Freshdesk and I dont want to deal with them twice but without notifications I am now unable to see if I have outstanding support inquiries without opening the app or website This results in slower service to my customers and thats the opposite of what Freshdesk was supposed to do for me Need push notifications ASAP Everything else is pretty good              Desparately needs push notifications
The app seems good but the fact that the Chat functionality included in the web version is not present is such a let down Hope its included in the nearest future           Not bad but still too basic
Ive been using the web app to manage my FreshDesk tickets for a while now and Ive got to say this app is perfect The native UI is a breeze to navigate and the commands are easy to execute FreshDesk is already the easiest help desk software to manage and now with this app it just got a little more convenient                 Amazing
With the new iOS app my team can manage tickets on the go Great UI that allows my team agents to quickly responddiagnose and close tickets in a timely matter If your not using Freshdesk youre missing out                 Managing tickets is a breeze
I love this app It gives me the most important functionality for offering support The design is delightful easy and fresh in design especially compared to Zendesks app Havent experienced any crashes Smooth and reliable Only thing I wish was that it had FAQ and Forum integration                 Awesome companion
I love this app and the company is adding features to the service all the time With that said no notifications on the app for new tickets and such makes it less useful I still need to get tickets sent to my email to know if I have any new ones Then of course I just reply in email because I am already in that app           Good but need notifications

This app is great but crashes constantly on ios8 I try to open the app and it immediately crashes so I have to reopen the app several times before I can actually click anything or use the app Bummer        Great when it works
I can get on the website perfectly however this app will not accept my password Keeps saying the ID and password are incorrect but I am using the exact same info as on the website which I can access perfectly Very frustrating     Wont accept password
This app makes updating a ticket very fast The biggest drawback is that it does not give you all the features of the website The customer detail does not list the custom fields Chat is not supported Its not possible to edit the customer fields The ticket list does not list the company Due to the lack of features I find myself going between the app and the website all the time It would be easier to just access it all from the app           Good but just good Not great yet
This app is junk since version 2 came out It crashes when it opens Anything prior was pretty nice     Junk
Without single sign on support like the web site this remains to be a useless app for the enterprise Help us FreshDesk        Great softwaremissing one important thing
