My app quit working I tried deleting re downloading no go I use this app all the time Please fix           What happened

The app has constant crashes and kicks you out of the app I really liked the app before the new update I USED to be able to use the app with out any problems But now I cant even click on a tab without it crashing Please fix it soon     Please fix

I created a review indicating exactly how poorly I thought of this product and exactly what I thought of the Vanity of the creators in requiring that at least 1star be given in order to send feedback When I hit SEND I received a message that nickname is already being used and the Review I had composed was deleted This just reinforces my disdain for this APP There is little LITTLE to recommend here I award ZERO stars And this is the fourth time Ive had to try and leave a review     App

Pros keep track of your rewards fuel rewards scan coupons and see weekly ad deals Cons it seems like 99 of the time I cant sign in with my registered Fred Meyer rewards account For instance if I sign out when I try to sign back in itll say my credentials are invalid even though they work perfectly fine on the website This has been an issue since the app was first released and Im surprised it hasnt been fixed It sounds like the app verifies credentials on a different system that doesnt update very well Please fix     Nice app except for sign in issues

The app itself is useful I am able to look at all of the weekly ads but doing anything more than that making lists shuts the app down as I add items        Shuts down in the middle of functions

First I want to say that I am a regular Fred Meyer customer It is my goto local store and I spend a lot of money there This app has gone from mediocre to horrible The new weekly ad feature called carousel is a disaster and a total pain in the head to use You end up scrolling and scrolling and scrolling They are trying to make it look like you are holding the paper flyer in front of your face What a mess As well it appears that some of the weekly ad categories which made it fast and easy to find specific groupings have been removed from the app If they are there I could not find them Add this app to the long and ever growing list of poorly designed apps that get no proper quality assurance or validation testing prior to release It would appear that the design team at Kroger Fred Meyer parent company dont bother to talk to customers about what they want or need in an app At this point I would rate this app so bad as to seriously consider just deleting it from my iPhone and iPad If they dont fix it that is exactly what will happen     From mediocre to horrible

With the way the weekly ad displays now there is no way to tell which items require coupons The app used to display the item similar to how its displayed in the circular Please change this back or make it so the coupons are no longer necessary I also do not see aisle locations of my store or where in the app this information would be The app is ok           Weekly ad coupons

Downloaded the app to see the local weekly ad No coupons from the weekly ad show up FAIL     No weekly ad coupons

Just tried to use this app with my card None of the 7 day coupon items were discounted Those add up Ill still be clipping coupons This was a waste     7 day coupons dont work

Go into settings and try to reenter your card ID It will tell you its already in use by another family member No way to fix When you delete app from iPad it leaves data behind so reinstalling does not fix problem Try to enter a new email address It will tell you that its in use by another account and fail Trying again lets you change your email but you shouldnt have to do that TWICE App needs to use frontfacing camera on iPad because it is impossible for a onehanded user to hold up the iPad AND hold the card barcode up to the camera my situation Where do these halfassed programmers come from        STILL doesnt work right

Instead of list If I want the bread coupon I pretty much already have that on any list I make but loading the coupon would be nice and save paper and not have there be all the rush and hoard and tear out and put back action so often seen at the insert stations in stores And asking checker to scan the coupons you need that they have tucked away for that very reason defeats the purpose So add the add coupon to card for weekly in store coupons and I think you may have a 5 star app Until then 3           How about loading store coupons onto card

Since updating to IOS9 this app no longer works It crashes immediately back to the desktop An email from customer service told me to uninstall and reinstall which doesnt work Maybe they should read their awful reviews and investigate the problem so they can find an actual fix     Terribly Broken

Out of all the different stores apps Fred Meyer has the worst one by far Perhaps they should take a peek at one of their competitors apps so they will know how a decent app works     The Fred Meyer app is awful
