Let me preface this review by saying that I love Frank and Oak Great products and awesome customer service I am writing this review in hopes that the app developers will see it and have some relevant feedback for their R D This app has A LOT of glitches The one that is most annoying however is the customer service messaging interface It s practically inoperable which is frustrating because that is the primary means of communication with F O So I ve had to use my computer rather than this app Not the end of the world but definitely a buzz kill         Great company terrible app uiri2

I love this app It s really fun having your CC saved and being able to buy a new garment every now and then without having to go through a whole check out process They cycle the clothes frequently so you re always going to find something fresh And you can tell the styles are well curated More importantly the fit The shirts fit really well They are well fitted without being too tight I have a few extra pounds in the belly but the XL still feels comfortable without having bulky fabric around the belt line It s a great shopping experience Like a trunk club without the high prices and ongoing subscription I do wish they had pants that fit my odd 36x30 dimensions But that s a strange size K                     Great app great clothes APU2018
