I purchased all the upgrades app was working great till I tried to customize the document to fit my needs Unfortunately when it s saved it does not look ok as it saves the customer are with double STATE place If this issue is fixed i will change my rating to a 5 star             Nando BloomiCo

If you need the ability to send the completed form as a PDF this is NOT the app to use While you can purchase that feature it does not work as advertised I would go with another app if I were you     PDF feature does not work Kimberly888

Right out of the box I filled in one of there meeting agenda forms and emailed it to myself and it delivered the blank form not the data Even the XML email sent had junk in the data It s really just an advertising disguised as an app     Not impressive J. J......
