I use this app with my team to track tasks applicants mocks user studies Its a single app that just works for all of these things We used to have a shared evernote but that was just too messy for a lot of the things we needed to track that need more structure                 Super useful app

As a crafter trying to get my business off the ground I was thrilled to find AirTable after trying a number of other ways to organize and track my stuff The ease and responsiveness of this app both on my desktop and on my phone is amazing and the customer service is stellar The features are super useful and only limited by your own creativity MicheleSoCrafty                 Just what I was looking for

This app and web product are incredible for keeping track of anything in a structured way on the go Ive started keeping track of everything from expenses and receipts to to do items to favorite meals etc on my phone The integration with photos is the best Ive seen Elegant and powerful and the only time Ive seen a spreadsheet and database actually work on mobile                 Most powerful mobile spreadsheet ever

A personal database thats exportable to csv and totally customizable I need to be able to add just a time field without date and a location field which would link to a map pull location from phone So far its the best built app for this purpose Ive used                 A brilliant idea Quantified Self User

As a project manager for a nonprofit weve been using the beta web version of Airtable internally and its amazing how easily everyones started using it Its like a beautiful version of excel that does everything you ever wanted excel to do Cant believe its taken me this long to download this app I can edit on the go and know I have all the info I need about my business in my pocket if I get asked anything away from the office My husband and I just started using it to plan our trip to Costa Rica and I love being able to add ideas on my phone as I commute Simply a great hassle free app                 Beautiful app

Something this powerful has no right to be this easy to configure and work with Its downright fun to use and does everything you could possibly ask of it                 Powerful and flexible

I used airtable to keep track of my graduate school applications It was far more structured and organized than Excel or Google Spreadsheets Easy to learn and kept me sane while I applied Incredibly smart product Each school had its own table that linked back to a master sheet that showed completion for each application I used checkbox fields to tick off sending in resumes and publications date fields for due dates and interviews and most importantly could drop full sized attachments right into the table cover letter PDFs writing sample PDFs The organization tracking and allinone feature set Airtable provided made me feel really confident I wasnt forgetting anything before I hit the almighty SUBMIT button The mobile app was a lifesaver When I had an interview I forgot to print my talking points I knew the document was attached to my Airtable so I opened up the app grabbed the PDF and had it to prep Fantastic product keep it up                 Perfect for College Applications w lifesaver iOS app

This app is immensely useful for a wide variety of tasks recruiting tracking sales research marketing etc one of those obvious great ideas that makes you wonder why it hadnt already been built                 Useful

This app is awesome It is basically an app platform You can build any custom app on top of Forma for just about any use case                 Killer app

The iPhone app and the web version are fantastic Having the ability to collaborate with others and see those changes appear in real time is phenomenally productive The only thing keeping me from deploying this in my entire business is waiting for a dedicated iPad optimized version since that is our primary goto device I would happily PAY for the iPad version                 Only thing missing is iPad version

I used to use FileMaker but it has become horrifically expensive and sharing and remote editing were difficult So Ive been searching for a lowcost relational database for my Mac Air table fits that bill nicely That fact that it has an iOS app too makes it extraordinary I love that I can share some tables with colleagues and keep others private so they dont edit them Airtable beats sharing excel sheets via Dropbox or one drive or whatever because the shares edits are live Google sheets edits are live but theyre not relational If this sounds like a familiar struggle to you I dont think youll find a better app solution than this one                 Great app

I have to say this is a well done app The web and mobile user interface are inviting and modern The functionality is evolving Hope this company makes it and blossoms              Well done

For over 20 years Ive been forcing excel to do tasks that a spreadsheet wasnt designed to do I dont have to be forceful anymore with this app it does exactly what I need flawlessly JohnP                 Brilliant App it was designed for me
