Bought this for forest park trail map Well it doesn t work Crummy depiction of major trails only poor naming and it is not interactive Needs to be able to locate you on a map Otherwise useless     Kinda want my money back -1sarebear1-

I purchased this app specifically to plan routes to hike The pre loaded hikes are nice options but too long for what I was looking for Sadly there are no other options to plan routes as the app promised beside looking at a scan of a paper map Planning your own route is nothing more than picking a trail on the map with no description or information on elevation gain There isn t even a way to locate trailheads or parking besides finding nearby cross streets and driving in that direction I imagine there are more detailed paper maps located at the park I would like to see this have gps location topography and interaction to plan my own route             Very limited HnRSN

i found a forest park app that i like better With a sophisticated several hundred dollar phone in my hand I m drawn to apps that leverage what it can do This app doesn t do that It s basically low resolution scans of old forest park paper maps that don t let your phone tell you where you are The other app maps look better it shows you exactly where you are Anytime i visit the wilderness i like to benefit from technology but don t rely on it A paper map can t run out of battery so it s good to carry one But if you use you phone at least use something that provides significant benefits         don t get it Get the other one Yoyoar

Downloaded this app before a hike thru forest park today my first and I have to say that for 4 it could have at least had all the trails with trail names Disappointed It s pretty good if all you want to do is walk the wildwood trail That s the pink line         A PDF map that doesn t even have all the trail names Junecleavage

I am finding this app quite useful The overview of the loops in particular is handy when planning which way to go I would say definitely worth the reasonable price                     Lovely EACade

I agree with the need for the GPS integration I would also like to see more varied loops and maybe a time estimate for running vs walking The loops listed are all 6 8 miles It would be nice if there were shorter loops too for instance an hours walk If your an inexperienced hiker it s hard to estimate time based in the mileage listed I appreciate the detailed description of the loops currently listed             Loops for walkers needed shorter length Just.The.Facts

I bought this even though it doesn t show where you are because I thought you could create your own loop that would show how many miles elevation gain etc doesn t seem to do that It does provide a few loops but they are long and not family friendly Guess I ll continue to lug my book along with me         Regretting my purchase Sugamagnolia

This is a single map A good map at that with a handful of suggested loops that point to specific parts of the map But there is no GPS or mileage tracker and no way that I found to snap the map to true north This app has so much potential but has a long way to go             Limited Luke Buchanan

This app is easy to use The map view is great with easy zooming scrolling and twisting your orientation I love the loop trails that show highlighted trails The only thing I wish it would have is a button to find yourself on the map using gps and the compass                     Best Forest Park Trail Map Smallman

It s basically the same map that you can find on the conservancy s website but with excellent image quality Very nice to have at your fingertips on your iPhone There are six or so loops that are highlighted with elevation gain and mileage It would be really cool if the app eventually had the ability to be interactive so you could chose your own loop and get mileage and details The other thing that would be very helpful would be to show which trails are accessible to mountain bikes and which are hikers only Price is a little steep for what you get but it s for a good cause and it s very cool to have the overall park map at your fingertips                 Good map quality Forest Park Lover
