Unfortunately just after renewing my subscription I cant access any issues anymore All calls for help to have the password reset failed so far Very disappointed about the lack of support     No support

Wow the new interface is great I should probably overlook the fact that the update does not work I have tried repeatedly to reset my password as required but none of the new passwords have worked Believe me Ive tried No I did not include the quotes Yes I did match the case One star is overly generous I have emailed customer support numerous times over the past two days to no avail The one clueless human response I received directed me to a nonexistent Apple support page This isnt Apples fault I could read my issues without a problem until the update Sigh     App does not work

Where did my subscription go I paid to get the digital versions and now suddenly I dont have access to them because my account is invalid And forgot my password is no help because you cant click on anything from that screen Unless I see an actual fix I will not be renewing     What did I pay for

Its a shame because I love the publication but the app itself is a peice of garbage I cant tell you how many times my subscription just dissapears and it wants me to pay again Save your money and go to barnes and noble and buy the hard copy Its cheaper in the end     Awful awful

Beyond it just being a reader heaven help you if you forget your password or want to update your profile The available links to login dont work at all The give you several options to restore your PW but they simply do not work and taping on the option does not work on IOS There is NO tech support at all Bonnier Corp doesnt care about Customer Service All they care about is selling subscriptions Beyond that then you are on your own Good Luck     This App is Worthless

I like Flying Magazine in terms of the content that it offers and had subscribed to the paper version for years Changing to the iPad version was a HUGE MISTAKE First if you subscribe by any other method outside of the app itself you have a 5050 chance of getting the app to accept your subscription I took advantage of a special price from an email received and couldnt get the app to acknowledge my subscription Multiple password resets and download attempts failed I tried several contacts to Bonnier to get the app working and only ended up with a headache The app is all but useless If you like the mag stick to the paper version because this app is not worth the frustration     Not Worth The Frustration

Other then a few minor issues and slow loading the app was okay but since last update I cannot use the app at all it will not even open anymore Screen turns black and after a few mins returns back to the standard iPad home screenneedless to say I will have to cancel subscription since I cant read the magazines anymore     No longer useable

Awful APP Do not purchase Since I purchased the digital subscription I have had virtually no success in downloading any of the monthly magazines without being asked to either pay for another year or that particular month Don Krstich     Flying APP

There is no excuse worth listening to for this awful app They clearly did NO beta testing and now dont care enough to fix It simply WILL NOT load Nothing I do will correct it Flying isnt that great a magazine anyway I want my money back Will I get it HA     Crashes will not load

I subscribe to Flying magazine Print edition and have been for years I decided that I also wanted to subscribe to the Digital version also On July 20 2013 I purchased a digital subscription for 599 for a one year subscription My Digital subscription has since expired and for me to continue the Digital subscription I would have to pay 1499 per year That is ridiculous There should be a discount for print subscribers at one time there was So disappointed with the management of this magazine     Pricing is ridiculous

Usually I rate on quality of a working app but I would think that after almost 2 years they could rewrite this app to actually consistently work Rarely does it restore purchases correctly and then when it finally shows the issues available for download the button doesnt work or it turns gray and indicates a spinning progress circle but never does anything I have reinstalled 3 times I have followed their FAQ for troubleshooting Ive emailed customer service in the past and it takes days to get a response Just dont understand how they havent ditched the app and rewritten it from the ground up So frustrating     Terrible unstable app

I have been a Flying magazine customer for the past 5 years and I dropped my paper subscription for the digital option since I am always on the go Cant say that I am very happy about that decision At first it was great and I had no complaints However as my digital library has grown over the past year and a half so have the crash occurences I downloaded the latest issue today but can no longer view any of my issues because the app crashes everytime now I have tried hard resets and everything I can think of with no positive results and have over 27GB of memory available on the IPAD2 I hope the designers find a fix real quick I would have given the app 5 stars a year ago but can only rate it as a 1 right now with all the crashes I have experienced lately and the fact I can no longer open the app all together     Great Magazine Horrible App

When it works I really like it I dont do paper magazines anymore The download has been flaky slow or not at all the last few issues With iOS 7 and the latest version the current issue is stuck at Downloading I tried a full delete and reinstall When a pilot wants to read Flying Magazine he wants to read it now Amended review The November issues now downloads It seems if you wait a few days AFTER the download button is available you can get the issue This is still frustrating           When it works

This magazine takes too long to download It also takes up too much memory 500MB Sorry but I need my time bandwidth and memory for other things Im sorry but Im canceling my subscription     Too big

Completely useless app Impossible to digitally subscribe You can only buy one issue at a time at full price I guess it is slaying trees and snail mail until Bonnier gets its act together     Dont waste your time

Frankly I have no idea what the negative reviews are about I just added the digital subscription to my print downloaded the current edition and it works flawlessly Im using ipad 4 and the color photos are gorgeous Navigation is easy and smooth No crashes Different news and magazine apps all interact a little differently I subscribe to the WSJ IBD Fortune and Flying They each have idiosyncrasies but they all get the job done I have zero issues whatsoever with this app                 Great App

Do you guys ever test your stuff I cannot read the magazines I have paid money for When I picked a page to read out of the issue with the P47 on the cover it slowly laboriously downloaded that page and presented it to me 5 minutes later Curious as to what would happen next I scrolled quickly through that article and the next was waiting for me Then I scrolled backward and the article I had just come from was no longer available It said Downloading again and thats all I can get Now pushing on a random page just gives me a blank white sheet and the word downloading 1 I have to be able to read what Ive bought 2 I have to be able to read an issue while offline that previously was downloaded while I was online 3 It would be really nice if the app remembered where I am in an issue where I left off reading 4 It has to work A bit faster than 5 minutes per page would be helpful also 5 Since it is now clear you cant write software I suggest you have some sort of beta program so people can test new versions of the app before they have to commit to something that doesnt work like I just did How do I go back The old version sucked but at least I could read the magazine Id paid for     New version doesnt work

Bonnier what is your problem Why would you DELETE all the issues that I paid for and then make it IMPOSSIBLE to restore them by putting me through password and account access purgatory Not to mention your NON EXISTENT customer service Friends dont make the mistake I made by trying to do business with this RIPOFF ARTIST of a company     ZERO Stars

After being very pleased with other magazine apps Macworld Pop Photo this app is a real letdown I have not see the crashing others have mentioned its just a terrible app Absolutely no attempt has been made to format the content for an iPad Need to zoom in to read anything Its just a bad PDF reader It would have been better as a PDF in iBooks where at least it would remember your place from one invocation to the next     Very disappointing

Crashes on opening all the time Takes several attempts to make the app even open up New issues dont show up and the app quits quite frequently We are paying the money for the magazine subscription and would expect it to be reliable like the paper version        Make it work

I love the magazine but this app needs some serious work Theres some bugs and once in a while you have to completely delete it and reinstall it so you can use it again One thing that drives me absolutely insane is that the app shows a new badge even though you already opened and read the issue Please fix this Another bug is that the cover does not update with the new one every month And yet another that you have to open and reopen the app few times before you can see the new issue hat is available for download Auto download would be great also but not that big of a deal           Love the magazine but

Stay away from Flying Digital Every time I access the app I get an email that says an unknown device is attempting to access your subscription and asks me to enter a special onetime pass code to identify my device After entering the special pass code several times I get additional emails from Flying with different special pass codes When I finally successfully identify the device and login I am unable to download the latest issue Emails to Flyings customer service receive no response     Terrible

Yet another hasty release of a poorly tested version of Flying By updating my Flying app the most recent issue is May 2014 its August 7th as I write this My paidfor June July and August issues have also be deleted from my library and cannot be downloaded Thanks Bonnier Wont be renewing my subscription     Another awful backward step by Flying

Optimistic despite poor reviews I downloaded the app over a year ago Frustration built month after month of bug fixes that exacerbated the problems Crash Bam Boom went the App each and every time Desperate for it to work I persevered even canceling my magazine subscription after 20 years of customer loyalty hoping the fixes would finally live up to the hype Well you win Madam Bug I give up after over a year of frustration I am canceling the app and going back to a paper subscriptionjust a HORRIBLE app The worst I have encountered     From Bad To Worse

I love the paper magazine I would like to receive my subscription electronically instead of the paper version each month Im able to renew my paper magazine for one year at 1400 but they want 1499 for the electronic version Now Im paying 099 more and they dont even have to pay for printing costs or postage How does that make sense For 1499 they ought to provide both a paper AND electronic version        Im confused about this

For everyone who has done the update and cannot access the current issue my condolences And what about the rest of us poor schmucks who still have the original iPad and cannot even load the newest version and therefore cannot access any new issues at all Not everyone has the money to update the hardware every other year So now I am back to not being able to access any new issue Wow     Screwed again

Used this app for a long time Current version is a total pain Spent way more time trying to log in to my subscription that i have paid for and made no changes to yet wont let me log in or download issues Spent hours on it and frankly a free year subscription wouldnt even make up for the time i have wasted on this thing On top of everything even tried to reset my password and the only way to do that is to enter your address which was fine until the only available country to choose from is Canada When you live in California that obviously creates an error Oh and did i mention works fine on my other ipad Why did they change this the new app is horrible and the original worked flawlessly     Password Issues

Its really disturbing and ironic that people who are flying airplanes around using iPads cannot create a working app Like a number of other reviewers Ive purchased a number of magazines that I cant read now because the app wont open no matter what This app has had numerous and ongoing and serious problems Why cant they fix them     Almost unbelievably bad
