Only iPhones are supported since there is no email adding option and it times out every time Annoying No iPod support
Why text someone when you can just fire off a Flare someones way Doesnt just make things easier but more fun too No brainer new app

Using flares for over a couple months and its great Took me a while to really get into it but now I use it all the time Hopefully they will be expanding to other countries soon It will be great Happy that is finally here

I was always thinking there is a better way to communicate with family vs just texting every five minutes plus Im either driving or walking etc so texting is getting very dangerous My wife and I immediately started using Flares to notify one another on when we get to a certain location safely or if we are running late I just shoot her a Flare so she knows where I am Its a serious game changer that will no doubt compete with SnapChat and Twitter I cant wait for them to intro a photo Flare I can then take a pic of where I am and then shoot it to friends and family This app will crush all the other horrible location apps out there Game changer location app
Easy to use and actually quite handy especially for someone like me who is navigationally challenged Pros easy to sign up and use nice interface super fast lots of practical applications Ive used it while waiting for my husband to pick me up and while stuck in traffic Cons pretty bare could use some more features but it is free after all Also wish I could set it to send a flare automatically like when my plane lands or when I arrive home This would be great Just a thought Simple but lots of promise

I use this app when I land at a meeting spot letting clients know Ive arrived or to let friends know Im at the bar or just leaving my house Ive also started using Flares to check out businesses around me or if Im traveling my coordinates in a cityneighborfood To do this Ill flare myself Signals to let others know my location

First when you create an account it will not let you delete even though it has a delete button so BEWARE second no matter how many Flares you send up it never works this app is total junk Total Junk

Probably an ios8 problem but it doesnt seem to be addressed anywhere on support There are no notifications the app is not even showing in notification settings Kinda makes this completely worthless No Notifications
