I love this app and have used it for years Love the functionality support for my playlists and the shuffle feature The one fatal flaw it has is that every once in a while it will just stop working You launch it it flashes like it is opening and then hits down The only way to fix is to uninstall reboot and reinstall When you uninstall you lose everything and have to download all your songs again I have several very large compilations that have multiple gigs of files so this is quite annoying and pisses me off to no end I keep coming back to this app because it does what I want the way I want it when it doesn t crash I am writing this review in the hopes they fix this fatal flaw Work the problem guys                 1 Fatal flaw Soro Hanosh

I ve been using this app for about 2 weeks on my iPhone 6 plus and I must say it works like a charm For me this app has rarely given me problems It has only crashed a handful of times compared to how much I ve used it though that s a miracle I do have a couple of gripes Please add a search function and a song list This app only has albums collections artists and playlists I wish it would have a collection of all of my songs too It would make playing songs continuously much easier Also please improve the playlist function Right now it is very inconvenient to add or subtract songs from playlists Overall it s a great app for flac music If you have a large library like me you ll definitely need this app Also the sound quality is superb One last request I know the name doesn t suggest this but can you guys please allow it to play other files like wav alac etc Thanks for this awesome app Update 10 27 2015 Actually I lied it does crash a lot unfortunately Can Dan Leehr please create a more stable user friendly app that also plays other files This app is the best sounding music app but it has its drawbacks I really wish this thing could play WAV APE and other files Please improve this one and make an update or make another app with this sound quality that plays all music files                 Great app Nintneshi

I have been using the latest version as of Jan 2015 on my iPhone 6 and it has worked well for me The sound quality is noticeably better than on the other flac player apps I ve tried and the gapless playback is essential A second long pause between tracks on a Pink Floyd album is unacceptable I haven t figured out album art or the wireless transfer of music files to my phone so that is why only 4 stars                 ios 8 version PDQKevin

By far the most robust app I ve seen for playing FLAC files and organizing all related data Its only real flaw being that it has to run off of iTunes A few minor glitches limitations but totally minimal compared to its attributes Would rate this 5 stars in a heartbeat if not for the fact that for no apparent reason the entire app just stopped functioning a few days ago Same story as many of the reviews both here and for the prior version No change in anything on my device No new IOS no other apps added Not even any additional files added I had created a new playlist which worked fine but when I subsequently added a few more tunes to it it just totally froze up All these songs were already on my device for some time and no new files had been introduced The app opens and all data is accessible but as soon as I hit play it just freezes and then shuts down When I first open it it appears to begin importing and says so on the screen along with a spinning gear indicating a process in action yet I haven t hit any import commands and this only lasts a second or two before the normal data I have in the app appears Seems fine until I hit a selection to play and then it totally freezes and either just hangs on the selected item indefinitely or shuts itself down completely Can t get it to play anything and it s totally stuck The reviewer here who killed and reinstalled the app completely said that even that did nothing but that was my next move until I d seen his review so now I m at a complete loss at what else I can try to get this going again I have tons of files already on the device iPhone 5 so I don t want to have to do a long restore especially if reinstalling the app doesn t work FWIW the additional songs I d added to it were successfully saved to the playlist But now no song will play from anywhere whether it be from the collection playlist artist or album Anyone have any other ideas Thanks         Worked great for 16 months until it froze solid 2 3 days ago sdk022769

I finally decided to start using FLAC on my phone and so I downloaded this app For the price it was a risk but this app works great and I love it Its interface is clean and elegant But what I really like most about it is something I didn t even know it had SFTP support I can now connect to my computer from anywhere in the world and download songs to my phone After just canceling my iTunes Match subscription this was a godsend Have you considered adding support for other audio types I m using this as my main music player now but I have a small portion of my music that was never released as lossless mostly mp3s and it would be nice to be able to use it together with my FLAC plus SFTP Love the app                     Works great SFTP support is amazing DavidJosephA

With this update they not only improve on the interface but fixed a critical problem with crashing related to switching tracks after iOS 7 came out Absolutely love the new minimal design as most apps now have Though it seems lightweight because of the clean look the features are by no means minimal Because the iPhone is the iPhone you won t ever be able to listen to a true lossless FLAC file to my ears this app gets you the absolute closest and does it the best I love seeing the new metadata screen with bit rate comments bit depth and so on I love the ability to create playlists and I love being able to bookmark where my favorite parts of a song are for a quick pick me up I ve tried all the lossless media players on the App Store this was always my favorite But now no app comes close to being able to do what this one can after the new update even at minimal battery loss Five stars                     Best Lossless Player in App Store 826059
