At times my Touch ID makes my app get confused and it then asks me security questions One is always what s the birthday of your oldest child or something like that I haven t had kids yet so I m not sure why I get that question Other than that the last update doesn t help me with my last transactions unless they were done in the last 3 days I liked being able to view transactions further back than that in hopes to NOT have something pop up out of nowhere Stupid         Ugh Sherylann1707

Whenever the app updates you have to put all your id and passwords back in Touch id works then it will shut off for whatever reason So much so i turned it off It doesn t show where you spent your money until you click on the transaction Makes it hard to be sure all your transactions are yours or that they have gone through     Frustrating DTS1982

I always would use Touch ID to get into my account through the app And for some reason when I know I am typing my information correctly I am not able to turn it on I am getting an error I believe this is a glitch Not sure if it is only iOS but it isn t working for me on my iPhone     Touch ID Mythbusters freak

I don t know if this is related to the App or Five Star itself but I often get an error message saying they re having trouble accessing my accounts It happens frequently Once I needed transfer money into my account so I could get gas It s incredibly inconvenient and I ve never had a banking app that works so inefficiently If it s not fixed I ll be switching banks     Rarely works Gheart108

App is great Works well and is easy to navigate LOVE the deposit part of the app very simple to take pics of checks for a mobile deposit with the smart phone Only issue I have is there isn t any support for Apple Pay with this bank Hopefully Five Star is working on this This complaint though has nothing to do with the app App is great the bank is great it s all great Thank you Five Star                     TreeChukkr WoodChukka
