It is simple to use Lets users save favorite orders I can order and pay for dinner on this app in under two minutes Would that all food apps were so userfriendly Perfect                 Best restaurant app Ive used

Worked like a charm but I also agree it needs a place for special instructions or no salt option on the frys              Great App

Ive had no problems with this app It is stable and easy to use Its great to be able to save a favorite meal order it and pay with a saved CC in just a few taps This is so much more convenient efficient and accurate than calling the restaurant Also the prices ARE THE EXACT SAME as ordering in person so Im not sure what the other reviewer was referencing                 Dependable Way to Order Pay

The app stinks It is a VERY poorly displayed menu system that seems to have most of the store menu options included but in a jumble incomplete way For instance to the new customer what the heck is all the way the store menu explains and why not group common ingredients like onions and then grilled onions Much more than that the app fails to move to the pay page on order     Lousy

Ive ordered from the Five Guys website before and this app has the same UX as that Nothing fancy it gets the job done Theres no extra fee when placing an order Not sure what that other reviewer was talking about Would be nice if you could photograph your credit card instead of manually entering it                 Works fine like website

I love that I can place my order ahead of time and just pick it up with this app The one HUGE problem is that you can not use your gift cards with the app I would give it 5 stars if it wasnt for thisits such a fast and easy way to order           One major flaw

This is a good app and I have used it several times It is straight to the point and easy to use But I am very strict gluten free Celiac Disease and think there should be a place for the user to type in special instructions When I go in the store to order they always note that I have an allergy but it makes me nervous ordering on the app because there is no place to note that           Good but need place for GF

Why was the last time this was updated a year ago Please just remove your app from the AppStore if you arent going to care about your product     Extremely outdated

I love Five Guys so by association I love the app Just wish you could do more with the app such as place an order to pay with cash at the store Like the Dominos app its a small but very important feature           Good but more needed

The app is ok as far as seeing the menu so you can go right in and know what you want Having the option to pay with PayPal as will as Google wallet would make it better        Needs PayPal

This was the first online ordering app I used and it has worked flawlessly every time I love the favorites feature and the ability to store payment data                 Love this app almost as much as the food

Why cant I order and pay in the store Other places allow you to I tried to order and pay anyways I went through the whole ordeal of ordering 5 cheeseburgers with specified toppings and put in my payment information and an error message said this location does not accept this form of payment So I didnt get Five Guys burgers or fries     Why do I have to pay now

I have an iPhone 6 and this app looks like its optimized for the iPhone 4        Needs an update

I love five guys burgers so this review is STRICTLY about the app I downloaded the app to give it a try and its super easy to navigate ate through but theres no option for adding less or extra toppingslike Im sure extra pickles is a common request Since I like my burger with exta pickles and light onion I had to delete the app and just go back to the way I was originally going to orderonline I didnt get beyond that function before deleting so Im not sure how the rest of the app functions           Online ordering better than App

If the system goes down at the location you place your order you dont get your food but they still charge you Takes two weeks for a refund     Bad

I use the app to order it did a great job of charging my card immediately but didnt notify the store of my order They were unaware of my order until I got there and they had to look it up in their system     Fail

Please add Apple pay support Makes our lives just a bit easier and costs you nothing           Apple pay support

My credit card had expired these days the bank just changes the expiration date and most sites have caught on to that Not this app Now I have two credit cards with the same final four digits and cannot delete the old one Likewise I cant delete a favorite order that isnt actually one Five Guys Apple HUIG guys Everything must be undoable Fix it        Not very ready for prime time

I tried using the app to place an order and it gave me an error message I went online to their website a minute later and placed the order with no problems at all This app has an issue with connecting to my local restaurants order system     Doesnt work

The app is priced right and its nice to order at home and have your meal ready when you arrive The Favorites is poorly implemented on the iPhone 4S the keyboard covers the entry field so the name must be typed blindly and there is no means to edit the name given and more surprisingly there is not a means of saving a favorite order without actually ordering Like when youve just finished eating and you think of what you want to order next time Lastly if you look at an order in progress this app asks Do you want to pay now when youve already paid When you click yes your order is doubled Fooled me thought the app would be smart enough not to double order with out asking explicitly just that Turned out for me it fooled the restaurant too The staff asked me first off if I really wanted 2 orders Told them I inadvertently did order 2 times and they answered great because we fixed 2 in case thats what you really wanted Get a REVISION OUT FAST so you dont confuse customers and your staff This could close to a great app Ill stop by more often promise when this is corrected           Still a beta

Have used the app four or five times on the road and the experience is always the same They cook your food immediately not near your pickup time Fries are done when you arrive so if the store is dead its a ten minute wait for your scalding fries and ice cold burger dripping with fat that has had time to puddle If the place is busy you still have to check in with the cashier Some stores make you wait in line others ignore youevery visit using the app has been a disaster It is just not integrated into the store work flow     Stores dont like the app

The app looks great and ordering was a breeze Unfortunately their failed instore policy of not cooking any food until the customer arrives makes the app useless It took me as long with the app as it would have just walking in     Cool app but totally useless

Apps that charge a fee to give a company money should be deleted PGEs iOS app does this too Its something Ill never understand charge customers when it should be cutting costs for the business Delete It also should make use of Apple Pay for online orders     Charges fee to order

Could you add the option to pay with a Five Guys gift card I got one for Christmas but I have to go in and place the order and wait if I want to use the card First world problem I know but thats the only thing keeping the app from being perfect              Great app But

Its easily a 3star app but I have a general rule that if an app only gives me the choice of Always or Never for gps usage it gets 1star no exceptions So fix that and maybe offer PayPal payments and you move up the star ladder     Meh Seems a little pointless

App works very well Easy to place and save your favorite orders as well as pay for your order From the app I goofed on my own and placed the order at the wrong location and paid for the order and they were kind enough to call over to the location I meant to order from and transfer the order Good peeps                 Good app better people

Not much benefit to this app Ordering takes forever and you still have to wait for your not as fresh food        Cant pay with a 5guys gift card

First time using this app and it worked exactly how I hoped it would Online ordering was pretty easy only have to provide CC number cvv and exp date and youre done                 Its a Five

I placed my order and entered my cc only to get there and they said they never received my order I checked my bank account and I there was a charge from Five Guys I showed them the proof that I was charged and they told me maybe I ordered from a different location Theres no mistake that I ordered from this location Now Im charged with no food Never use this app     Charged and no food

Five Guys didnt really think this one through I ordered online and went to the store at the time indicated on the email acknowledgement There is no one at the pickup counter to help you You have to get the attention of the cashier and tell him you placed an online order People in line are glaring Hell ask you to shout your last name from the pickup counter He then actually enters your order for fries your burgers are already done and waiting No time saved at all Lots of hassle and angry people in line This is an app for the sake of having an app If your business model is fresh cooked food then putting that order under a heat lamp while you wait for the customer to show up is absurd So an app just doesnt work for Five Guys even though they are trying to be friendly to the younger smartphone set which is their demographic weakness     Useless

Since I installed this app have had no major issues Favorites works good Use to have more Favs but deleted most because people would change orders Now just have fav for wife I and if fam joins us just add their order to ours it works out better Havent added any favs recently but recall having a problem doing that a while back But really not a problem with us for reasons already stated Service always been excellent with orders being correct 995 over the years We dont get fries just walk in tell person at counter web order they give us our bag and away we go Pretty convenient                 App works for us

The app is straightforward and lets me choose my food from a simple menu and get straight to paying The favorites feature is nice as well as the ability to save payment infer for the future The key features that are missing that would make this the goto app for food is a field for special instructions and support for Apple pay to pay with just a tap of my finger           Great App to Order Quickly

I would like to pay for my order at the store not in the app but there is no option for that so I will not be using this app until there is     Cant pay in store

The stars are for the burgers not the app They say they wont start your fries until you get there If you order a burger for more than 15 minutes ahead they wont start cooking until you get there All reasonable to assure freshness but make the app pointless No PayPal so both pointless and inconvenient                 Whats the point

Let me put in an order account setup information and credit card and I get to the end and it wont take any credit cards Pretty darn lame     Inept

I like my burgers with 24 extra patties depending on how hungry I am This app only allows one extra patty Im giving it one star for one patty     Cant add more than 1 patty

After spending 15 minutes to enter my large family pickup order and enter my credit card information the app refused to actually place it because it thought that the restaurant was closed It was not closed I had to drive to the store place my order and then stand around waiting for 15 minutes for them to make the stuff Highly annoying There also doesnt seem to be a way to specify how you want the burger cookedwell done for instance not that Ill ever use it again anyway     buggy

Did the update thinking it would fix the issue but it doesnt cant add a new credit card from the app           Adding it paying with credit card doesnt work

I was impressed with how easy it was to use and how perfectly it worked love it                 Super impressed

This is my 3rd or 4th time ordering online first time with this app and every single time Ive still had to wait Not sure if its their policy to wait until you get there or what but it kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead A disclaimer would be nice if thats the case        What is the point

I get a cheeseburger from the same Five Guys a few times a week and the app makes this ridiculously easy I walk right in my burger is waiting for me and the staff at the shop knows me by name when I walk in                 Easy and convenient

For some bizarre reason Favorites are 1 specific to one location and 2 grouped by order that is then not editable Thus If I have my favorite burger and my wife has hers we have to create separate for EVERY FIVE GUYS IN THE WORLD if we want to order at locations while say traveling It also means I cant combine mine and hers then add or change something depending on circumstances Not all ordering options are included either For example there doesnt seem to be any way to specify that fries be extradark to avoid the usual 5G rawness        Very disappointing and not very useful

Love the ability to order my burger before I get to the restaurant but I would love to be able to use Apple Pay during checkout to make it an even better experience           Love it but needs Apple Pay

I couldnt use this app at all because every time I selected a location the app would crash     Unusable kept crashing

App requires either bank information or credit card and does not accept use of 5 Guys own card 5 Guys should upgrade or discontinue I have chosen to abort the app and their online ordering both are not user friendly     Poor

I second the need for a special instructions area to go with an order because I like my fries without salt It seems like it shouldnt be that big a deal since you guys let us customize the burger pretty well Other than that the app does a good job of speeding up the time it takes to get your food           Special Instructions

Whats the point of the app App is basic as basic gets No pics no calorie or carb information And they track my location all the time Deleting this app now     They dont make it until you get there
