I love the new look Its the best banking app I have All of the rest are plain and boring Love the P2P and Mobile deposit features                 Love this app

I started banking with FirstBank about 6 months ago The first thing I did is that I downloaded this app It has always worked great for me It has never crashed on me regardless of the updates mobile deposit works wonders and I have never had any problems I really do enjoy using this app and I like the new look with the previous update I give it five stars for a five star bank                 Great Banking App

Took weeks of complaints to find out the the App will no longer make deposits with iPhone4 Firstbank is aware of the issue but stated they have no intentions of repairing the issue     Upgrade Doesnt work with iPhone 4

I have an iPhone 4S and this app works great for me The only issue I have is that I have a bit of difficulty with the check deposit because it requires a very steady hand and I have a slight case of Essential Tremor that makes it a bit difficult Checking balances and bill pay works great and I love First Bank too much to switch to another                 Works great

The app seems nice but without the ability to deposit money orders its not useful to me     Still cant deposit money orders

The app works well and provides all the basic functions for a banking app But logging in is archaic with a username and password that people can view over your shoulderincluding the Glance at 3 account balances It lacks TouchID or even extensions for 1Password or similar password apps All other financial apps support those featureseTrade Schwab QuickBooks The new UI is nice it added no features App support said they have no plans to support TouchID so this gets 3 stars Also it needs to support input of a decimal instead of trailing zeros to populate dollar amounts Today incorrect amounts are too easy to input           Basic Functions Lacks TouchID

The only thing worse than this app and the way it works is the horrible customer service that leads to them closing your accounts when you are unhappythanks first bank aka rotten terrible anticustomer bank     Terrible

New app may have a Breyer design But who cares about design when I cant login Dont let the IT people make fun of my Tech either You should make apps for the lowest common denominator     New app prettyslow

Nice update Wouldnt expect any less from FirstBank They actually listen to their customers hence why Ive been a customer forever Also love that they use Twitter as a tool for customer service hope the next release has TouchID              Great Update

I recently came back to FirstBank after regrettably losing them as a bank and once again I am blown away The developers are listening to their customers and thats whats important to me Once the fingerprint ID login is implemented this will be perfection Thanks devs                 Perfection

The new version is nice but it is Annoying that you have to click on the text label of a field to use it you have to click the actual word password to enter your password instead of clicking on the boxfield              Improved

The only thing this app is useful for is depositing checks Unfortunately it crashes every time you try to capture a check image Every time there is any kind of device software update this app craps out for sometimes weeks at a time until someone notices that incoming deposits have dropped off and finally and fixes it Someone at FirstBank should know by now that this a common occurrence and be more diligent about this        Crashes more than any other app

Banking through FirstBanks mobile app is quick and easy It has all but eliminated the need for me to visit a brick and mortar branch I like the P2P personal payments and mobile deposit capabilities the best Overall the app works at least as well as or better than the other banking and finance apps I use                 Most features I want are included

I love this app After updating to iOS 8 I was having a problem with it crashing when I was capturing pictures of my checks Called their support and they fixed the problem I had to go into SettingsPrivacyCamera and allow the app to access my camer I have a business account and that wasnt an issue like it was for a previous reviewer A for the app A for customer service                 Love this app

Love the app but The mobile deposit now has issues The autocapture function works great on the front side of checks but for some reason rarely ever works on the the back side of checks You have to wait a couple minutes for the app to determine it cant take the photo and then you can manually take a photo If this issue is fixed Id rate this app 5 stars           Overall good but mobile deposit issues

Great job IT guys Youre as awesome as the tellers and the team that ALWAYS answers my texts I can tell theyre texting me with a smile If youre that receptive to feedback maybe you can pass mine to the right dept Open more banks I refuse to bank anywhere else but I no longer live in the desert a branch right here in beautiful downtown Covina would be AWESOME In the meantime this app is the next best thing to a teller Always accurate Never crashes on me Thank you                 Loooove 1stBank

While the app doesnt crash for me and has features like account summary transfer creation and mobile deposit it has one huge problem there is no app pass code lock option I either have to enter my login info every time I use the app or risk a wouldbe thief of my phone having full access to my bank data The Mint app and even Starbucks has a pass code option Customer service confirmed the feature doesnt exist and theyve added it to their backlog Until then this large oversight is insecureinconvenient     Stable and good features but lacks securityconvenience

I was a long time FirstBank client almost 15 years In recent years though with mobile devices both iPhone and iPad becoming more prevalent and certainly part of my daily life Ive been very disappointed in the amount of time it took you to FINALLY release an app for any device And when you did the ability to have the same basic functionality as other larger banking institutions was certainly lacking The MOST important part of this is that it took exponentially longer for you to have an app then an app that was conducive to working My only other feed back is that its difficult to navigate from looking at a check thats been cashed and to the contact information screens then to toggle back to the main area of the app Its as if all you did was take the full experience of your website and cram it into an app this is never good and makes for a really poor usability Keep that in mind as you update your app This was partly the reason why Im leaving your banking institution to go to Wells Fargo because I dont believe your technology road path as it relates to me the consumer closely aligns with what our my wants and needs are and if you do finally get there its very very late as comparable to other companies that have had an even better app and have done so for years Its as if youre always just trying to do what the other companies are doing which means youll never be able to deliver what consumers want because as technology changes so does our wants and needs Just thought Id share        Your App Is NOT Comparable To Others

Since last two updates it take 5 min to load the sign in screen and everytime I pay a bill I get an error an then it kicks me out EVERY SINGLE TIME and then I have to wait another 5min for the sign in screen to reload Fix this please I loved loved this app pior to last two updates now I would rather get on a computer then this app     With a like crap now

When I tried to deposit my check from my phone it said server error but a few hours later it went through The problem is I thought it didnt because it didnt show it              Server Error but worked

Lately the app crashes whenever I try to capture a check image for deposit On the plus side it does tell me where to find the nearest branch since I have to make deposits in person anyway     Cant make deposits

The interface looks smooth and beautiful the features are great and to top it off it runs great                 The app is greater than it ever was

This is a great app and FirstBank adds features often                 Easy and convenient

As a FirstBank customer for almost 10 years I only recently started using the app I rarely visit a branch in person and then only to deposit checks Now I dont need to go to a branch at all Mobile deposit works fine for me however after submitting and getting a success confirmation it displays a server connection error Everything goes through just fine but the error is annoying and shows something isnt working right within the app Please fix this as well as occasional crash issues so that I may feel comfortable about the security of my account when using the app Thank you           Deposit From Home
