The updated user interface is good but I still need to use the mobile web version instead because that is the only place to find number of qualifying transactions and deposits for the current period Please add that feature to the app Still want number of qualifying transactions

First Tech Ive loved you since before iPhones were a thing Youre the best bankCU Ive ever had the pleasure of being with Your app while not 100 as great as you gets most of the job done pretty splendidly Its pretty snappy doesnt crash on me and now it remembers my username Im a happy guy Getting better
This update fixed the previous versions laboriously slow process of depositing checks Id say it was taking more than a minute per check before Now its half of that Im much happier Update makes depositing checks faster
I make deposits easily transfers are a breeze and its very accessible My only gripe sometimes if I do not log out when i exit the app it simply says verifying session And i cant access anything I have had to reinstall the app several times Update the app still has the same problem It will remain locked unable to log inlog out I have to uninstallreinstall which is what I am doing now Decent app

The iPhone app is a good start but I want the iPad version Also how do I get check images This app needs more work Not there yet
Just downloaded the app today so I could deposit a paper check Logged in snapped a picture of the front and back then submitted Everything worked the first time and the money showed up in my checking account is less than a hour Im actually very impressed No problems whatsoever
E deposit continues to crash Has worked before Need to update and fix No problems with other functions Not functioning 100

I use this app just about everyday to look at my different accounts and it works great for me One thing I would like to see in future updates would be to allow access with your fingerprint This would obviously be for the 5s and the ones following it Overall its a nice crisp clean app that gets the job done Great app
The apps bill pay feature is a bit useless since you have to know how much the bill is to pay it for those bills that are handled electronically There does not seem to be anyway to find out One should be able to pick a payee and it should provide the bill amount for them like the web app does Is ok for bills that dont come into the bill pay electronically as you would have to provide the amount anyway Former HP Employee

The app is just fine its simple and to the point I just wish there was more of a key as far as the map and location section is concerned Some of the little icons have the First Tech symbol but its not the actual bank What does that mean Yes
The edeposit feature is great but the big missing feature is a way to locate surchargefree coop ATMs Needs better ATM finder
Great app but it does not log out I want to have to log in each time I use the app And yes I do not have the option to stay logged in turned on Does not log out
I only use mobile banking for quick balance checks and transfers This is perfect and its faster and smoother than having to deal with the Safari mobile interface Perfect for my needs
I love this app but it would be nice if it would show my pending transactions like the actual website does Other than that it is super quick and easy to use and navigate Quick and easy

The app worked great for a long time However in the past couple of months it will let me sign in and then once I sign in it force closes almost immediately Not sure if its just my device but it makes it difficult for me to deposit checks Frustrated User
I use 3 or 4 different banking apps and I think this one is the best as I can do so much more with it The deposit function is a breeze with no limitations Transferring funds is easy I dont use billPay so I cant speak to that function The addition of check images is great now add deposit images as that is the only thing its missing Ive never had any problems with it and Ive been using for a few years at least You cant go wrong with this app Great app overall

Good app allows to do all basic operations Fully functional
This app doesnt have all the features that the website has but its still a great app I log in and do the basic stuff of checking my account and doing billpay The billpay through the app is limited So I usually go to the website and do billpay there Overall I give it 4 stars Its always worked for me for most things I like it a lot great app
Edeposit does not work You can take a picture of the front of the check but when you try and take a picture of the back you just get a black screen Other the That it seems to work Edeposit does not work

This app works perfectly for accessing my bank account transferring money depositing checks and the normal banking stuff you do Doesnt have native support for iPhone 6 or 6 but the features still work just fine A couple of versions ago the edeposit camera was wonky but still worked Thats been fixed now Great App

Ive been with First Tech previously known as Addison Avenue and wouldnt even consider switching to a different institution for my banking needs Like First Tech this app is also amazing It has everything I need from a banking app Check balances billpay and more Has never crashed and works well Very nice aesthetics as well Love this app and use almost daily Very solid and usable app
Fast East to use interface Will use more than the web site Im impressed Very impressive
PLEASE give us an iPad version The current app on an iPad is clunky and does not reflect the quality of First Tech Need iPad version
The only thing I use this app for is edeposit And half the time that is broken where the buttons to take pictures of the front and back of the check are missing Sometimes uninstalling and reinstalling fixes it other times not Sigh Edeposit broken
