Pros 1st customer support is very helpful If they don t know the answer they will figure it out coherently explain it and get back to you in a reasonable time 2nd I love the ability to pay with popmoney deposit checks through the phone receive money and pay my bills Really streamlines my life Cons 1st Your password expires every 3 months but the mobile app does not warn you of this it just stops letting you login which is very aggravating So if you all of a sudden can t login attempt to login to your account through a normal browser and it will prompt you to reset your pw 2nd NEEDS MORE GRAPHICS although not necessary it s just not an aesthetically pleasing fancy wording for pretty app Works Great if you understand the nuances Lilytei
