Disclaimer I work for First National Bank The issues with the app not working and prompting for an upgrade all appear to be related to the iOS 91 beta 90 and 901 work fine with this version of the app If you are having trouble try rolling back to an official version of iOS If you still have issues please give us a call at 8553191875 iOS 90 update
App now says it needs an update but one available in app or in the App Store Great app but until this is fixed its useless Same issue as everyone else
Had this app on several other phones Worked just fine For some reason when I use my iPhone 6 for deposits it tells me CAMERA NOT FOUND Now I uninstalled he app and reinstalled No luck Not worth it to me if I cant use all the features of on line banking I phone 6 camera not found
This app does not work If I can get logged in on my phoneI get locked out of my acct on my PC When I get logged in on my PC I cant get logged in on my phone The user info does not sync with the two I constantly have to reset my password on both devices I called the bank yesterday and the woman helping me had such an attitude and blamed me for user error First Nat Bank you obviously do NOT read reviews I have deleted this app It does NOT work properly Worthless

I have not tried the iPad version of this but the iPhone version works just fine It has as many features as I expect from an iPhone app and a bank I seem to be able to do all that I really need to do that I wouldnt want to do online with the computer anyway And some additional options are also nicer than some banking apps iPhone version review only
Alright so I just downloaded this app and each time I log in it tells me theres no account to view I dont understandit works perfectly fine for my mother but it doesnt for me This needs to be fixed Confuseddoes it work

I had the same issue as many people here that it would let me log on but would tell me I had no accounts to view If you have this problem all you have to do is download a different app related to your region I downloaded FNB Colorado and it now works like a dream Terrible

Since installing this app it has forgotten my username several times even though the option to remember is checked No TouchID support There is a convoluted method to enable a PIN Now I get notifications that there is a required app update before I can log in Even after deleting the app and downloading the latest from Apple I still cant log into my accounts Clunky app

You may have the wrong app For example I had to download the FNB app for Colorado Click on related to find the correct app If you have no accounts to view

As mentioned elsewhere no accounts available I think I can locate an ATM if I want to otherwise nothing Im going to press and hold the icon until it shakes Then Im pressing the little red X on it Im not surprised by the apps designdysfunctionality based on the companys online banking site iBank of the year maybe not iBank app of the year

Ive used this app for over a year and I never had a problem until a couple weeks ago I used the app to deposit checks look at my purchase history and view my account balance It was great Was Now I cant even login Well it used to work
