Its one of these apps youre hoping it would be easier to purchase and track your orders as well but it isnt Even the website isnt really on point and needs help Ive recently purchase things off the website and the app showed the order but it had no tracking number the package was suppose to ship 57 business days but it was during the 3rd day I was waiting for a tracking number to show up and it hasnt And now with the app it wont even let me sign in anymore and saying my email account hasnt been created but it works on the website which is confusing As well the website isnt showing my rewards when I click on the rewards it just shows its having a maintenance problem which is weird They need to make this app better because right now it is not working at all for me which is sad I wanted to get more rewards so I can purchase more things but just got to wait now which is awful     Doesnt even work

Yes I like the concept you can view your points and rewards but it is not up to date It took a week for the points to be correct on the app but my reward is still not showing up        Not working

App now cannot recognize account email when trying to sign in app fails to recognize that the iPhone is connected to data or wifi Please FL put some passion into your app if you want to survive in this mobile device age Footlocker and Nike are way ahead with their apps     Get your act together Finish Line

Its great to have an app for the Winners Circle and having your rewards in hand without needing a printed email or physical card However the app just stopped working for some reason When I try to sign in with my registered email address it no longer recognizes it Please fix it Otherwise theres no point in having the app     Stopped working

This app has a lot of problems I havent been able to shop My rewards sometimes shows and other times it kicks me out and gives me an error when I sign in     No Bueno

This app would be five stars If you could get into the app I can never login and when I can Im always logged out afterward and then cant get back in again Its frustrating since thats where all your WC rewards are located Maybe the website should have them since the app is so horrible UPDATE 11715 now I cant access my WC rewards Come ON now     Login errors galore

The points took a little while to show up but theyre all there it says in the FAQ that it takes about 48hours to show up Product scan is cool I scanned a few of my shoes was able to see pricing reviews about them So far the app is working for me I dont have any complaints                 Working for me

The dang rewards are finally working Its about time finishline does something right It took finishline about 60 days to issue my rewards Ive have 1084 points since November Still dont have physical cards but at least I can access them on the app today Youd get more stars if it didnt take you this long to fix an app that shouldve worked from the beginning But hey at least you fixed it           Finnnnnnnaaaalllllllly

Let me start by saying that I love the concept of this app and many of its functions are very useful I would rate it at 5 stars but the rewards function of the app just simply does not work Ive received multiple notices that I have available rewards to use but when I click on them all I get is a rotating circle like its trying to load and then the screen goes blank I spend a lot of money with Finishline and would appreciate if this function of your app could be addressed     App doesnt work properly

Points dont show up and neither do the rewards Do yourself a favor and shop at footlocker this company is a joke I called customer svc and got a call center in the Philippines that left me on hold and did nothing     Crap app

The app was advertised as a way to track points and rewards I loved the concept because I always get to the store and dont have my Winners Circle card or my reward certificates The card does show on the screen but the rewards never load Please fix and this app would gain a 5     App Does Not Work

This app is a great concept but doesnt show rewards I went in store to buy shoes not thinking I needed my physical copy of my 20 reward When I got there the cashier scanned my card on my phone fine but when I clicked on the reward section nothing showed up There was nothing they could do in store I had to call customer service to get another reward coupon since I lost the physical one and now have to wait a month before its delivered I wish I could have just trusted the app to do what it was suppose to there is no point in even having it anymore     Rewards not showing
