You need to update your other filterstorm app This one is no good Either I cant create layers with this app or you made really difficult to find     Lite Version Dont bother

This used to be really good now its sht Theres no longer any back button there is no longer any history while editing so there is no way to work with this properly anymore plus many other things do not work anymore What the hll did they do to this     Broken No Good Anymore Dont Buy Till fixed

Hold out for the upgrade filterstorm pro This just isnt ready for release yet I hope the upgrade doesnt ruin what was Sorry its fast but not with raw the noise reduction is terrible as are the over strength effects Just not there yet Developer is good So wait for a few bug fixes           Not ready yet

I added an initial Automation preset but I can not add any more It is not working Brightness contrast function work part of the time For some reason it allows me to change the contrast all the way up to 200 from 100 And sometime it only works up to 50 There is no batch processing which is really why I bought this app I am not sure if batch process alone is worth the cost to get Filterstorm Pro when it comes out I still love Snapseed the best so far What I do like is the Raw image processing I love the touch screen sliders but if you want precise percentage amounts it would be helpful to be able to just type the amounts in by the keyboard Great for quich ruff adjustments        Good but some problems

I really like this apps features and I love how easy it is to use the mask features while editing photos However I really dislike how the menu options take up almost half the screen and covers the photo you are working on I find it to be very intrusive and wish there was an option for other layouts           Great features but

The good nice interface and good feature set However exif is not read from Olympus raw files and is thus missing in exported JPEGs which makes it next to useless as a serious photo tool At least for me        Exif missing

At 4 you would think that this app would at least be decent That thought is very incorrect The clone feature which is essentially what I bought this app for is terrible All of the other features are better in less expensive more functional apps VSCO Afterlight etc Your money is better spent elsewhere     Never deleted an app so fast

I cant use the older version of the software I was forced to update before being able to use the software Features have changed and it takes a lot of effort to learn them I am making a mess out of beautiful picture I have taken Not good     Overbearing new features

This app will do a lot for your photos but in trying to be everything it is almost as cumbersome as Photoshop Touch I wish it would allow certain tasks to be done quickly and simply For me I was looking to do some basic editing curves color etc on selective parts of photos similar to what Snapseed offers but with more control over where the effect takes place but it is so complicated to do that with this app masking not seeing the effect until you hit the check mark etc I will not use it very often That is a big frustration for me but this is still an app I recommend Except for the lack of a Transform tool and the ability to save a project as a collection of layers this seems to do everything PS Touch does So a lower rating for the cumbersome nature of some simple tasks and a higher rating for its comprehensive abilities and I end up with a rightinthemiddle three stars           Recommend But Some Serious OverComplexities

It doesnt show preexisting IPTC data in photos It also needs a way to flip between pictures in the current album              Its a good start but

I use this app quite a bit because the interface suits me Its easy to select editing features with the left semitransparent palettes rather than continuously swiping to access a hidden left menu I also like the effects and masks available There are a few shortcomings as noted by other reviewers but I still go to this app first for editing needs My biggest wish would be for an extension that would allow me to open Filterstorm from the Photos library              I use it a lot

Im a professional designer and amateur photographer and I really enjoy all the creative apps available You already know the app store is exploding with filter apps and photo editors With all the hype surrounding the latest hit apps I wanted to share a quick review of Filterstorm Neue its been around for a while but remains one of the best highlevel photo editors available When choosing an app it is important to know how you want to use it and what you want to accomplish If you are looking for filters and oneclick adjustments there are other apps you should check out maybe the excellent Gridditorby the same developer as Filterstorm Neue But if you know a bit more about photography and want to do more detailed work on your images Filterstorm Neue is the way to go You can see the list of features in the app description so I want go into telling you what all it can do What I will tell you is that its fast can work with and export highres images and that there are no inapp purchases required to access features like curves Im looking at you Darkroom Filterstorm Neue is for those who want to do professional grade adjustments and edits to their images so there arent lots of fun stickers or overlays That said there is an excellent text tool that allows you to add type to your image You can select from a wide range of fonts adjust color and shadows and of course mask out areas so that the type appears to be behind objects in your image Filterstorm Neue is also great for creating double exposure effects surrealist photo montages and seamlessly merging photos Its universal so you only have to purchase it once to work on your phone and your iPad yes Enlight this time Im looking at you It is a powerful image editor and like any app to fully appreciate it you need to spend some time working with it With so many apps clamoring for your attention time and money Filterstorm Neue is money well spent              A Serious Photo Editor

I am finding this app very cumbersome Perhaps on an iPad it would be easier to manipulate the photo however on the iPhone the controls are hard to adjust and the presentation of the pic makes it difficult It opens zoomed for one You can pinch to zoom out but often it will zoom back in or move around while editing Its just hard to use I also think despite what some would say the lack of preset filters are a shortcoming On a PC or Mac a full editor is a purists paradise yet on a phone or tablet you have a much smaller area to work Its nice when presets and autofixes clean up a photo then allow you to tweak from there At least in my experience the other top photo editors on iOS will give you a range of present filters and make editing much faster Overall this is a decent app but the interface albeit pretty is hard to use           Has potential

It Works Again I am pleased to report that this app is now working again I took it for a quick spin tried cropping brushes filters rotations etc and it did not crash a single time Once again the user can experience the creative brilliance behind this apps design Many thanks to the developer for fixing this promising photo editor I am running this app on an iPad 4 Posted Nov 9 2014              It seems to be working again vast improvement

When using gradients they will not work It applies it to the entire image and will not fade in and allow adjustment                 Issue

Although people say it does what they want it to do Im having great troubles using this app on the iPhone Maybe its different on the iPad but who knows Having much difficulty cloning as the interface is difficult to understand Im sure this app is great at what it can do but getting it to do it is quite difficult        Very difficult to use Not user friendly

Great app almost like having photoshop on your phone but also has some issues For instance the clone tool works but will not actually save the changes on my iPhone 6 Please fix this Takes a little while to get used to the interface which isnt exactly intuitive but works ok for the limited interface that a phone offers when you are used to a keyboard and a Wacom tablet              Powerful edit tool with some problems

This is one of the most terrible photo apps Ive ever used Dont waste your money like I did It doesnt even deserve one starits over priced junk and I hope the money that they get from this app haunts them for ripping good honest people off     RIP OFF

I have loved the original Filterstorm It was my go to app The new version is indeed faster especially on export Howeverthe controls are gigantic Im constantly shrinking my pic in order to see it The brush controls are not as useful as the original I find myself using the original instead of the new version The UI is just not as precise nor easy to use        Love the original

I bought this specifically bc of the ability to apply edits as gradients Unfortunately its not working specifically with the radial gradient Ive only been using this app a few minutes but am already frustrated with the very first edit I tried doing Hope it gets fixed        Problem with gradients

This new version of Filterstorm wont crop to specified dimensions correctly and doesnt support layers like the old version did Its a lot faster at exporting images to the camera roll though           Faster but missing broken features

I have nothing to say about the app because i wanted to like it and was excited to use it BUT it keeps crashing before i can edit anything especially when i go into the add photo section Please fix this so i can give this a 5 stars if possible Thanks           Not sure

Filterstorm Neue could be a great app but crashes when saving or when using the masking tool                 Best editor

I am a simple amateur photographer who likes to do a bit of tweaking to my pictures This app is intuitive with more than enough power when I need it                 Well done

Love this app It is my go to editor and I own most of the best photo editors for iOS Some of the things that I most value in a photo editor are TIFF support Open in support and a responsive developer That wipes out most of the competition Do yourself a favor and get this app from Hawaii                 The Best Photo Editor for iOS

Interface is nice well thought out Lots of options The problem for me is that I like to post a lot of my photos to Instagram after their taken and I like to use location tags Since my edited photos come out without location data I dont like using the photos Ive edited with the app so I dont really use it much If location services were available Id change this rating to a 5              Ok

Ive tried with numerous photos in either the BW or the Curves section to apply gradient filters and the constant default color is a fuschia I cannot for the life of me figure out how to fix this It works correctly on my iPhone 6 but not on the iPad Need to update UPDATE i figured out that you could go into the settings menu of every mask and toggle to highlight the mask area My problem is resolved I would like to see something similar to LR where you could choose to see the applied mask area with a 23 finger touch register That would be great I love this for editing this is such a powerful app its almost too much to comprehend at once Mastery of this is more akin to a higher education degree But seriously KUDOS to the dev for developing an app that can literally do what LR can do minus a few features Please keep updating                 MaskingGradient Tools Broken

Do not update people When I updated I was excited that it was going to fix many issues only to find out that now when I try to apply text it only loads and loads and loads and never applies the text I only use the app to create memes on my popular Instagram account and now it doesnt work Fix this please When I try to click the check mark after writing text it doesnt apply it it just loads for eternity     Horrible Update

I am not sure why this application has not seen more love from the photographic community It is incredibly powerful and super fast The feature set is just astounding It has the most intuitive interface for selecting areas to paint effects on to the image It is not a generic 1button and apply a look to the picture but if you really love editing and detailing your pictures this is the best app out there                 One of the best

Installed on iPad mini 16 Leica M8 files can be imported and edited Now I have tried some Fuji XT1 RAW and the app is slow and crashes Although I have to say I find the iPad slow ever since the iOS8 update So am I doing something wrong Are Fuji RAWs supported Are the files too big Is iOS8 supported           I would love to like this app

I want to like and use this app but I find the controls difficult and especially I find opening an Olympus ORF file gave up on DCRaw really tedious to the point Im not using the app at all Ive updated to IOS 802 Ipad Air 128 GB        Just not quite there

This is a powerful photo editor that deserves 5 stars except that it has one serious flaw It strips out geotag data which is important when you want to know where a photo was taken I hope the developer will fix this soon           Powerful Photo Editor BUT
