FileThis Fetch - Deliver bills and statements automatically to Evernote, Dropbox and Personal

Finally an app that helps to keep my personal paperwork organized is easy to retrieve and makes it easier to sleep at night knowing I will never lose important documents ever again It is nice to get an email notifying me that my monthly statements or invoices have been added to my FileThis account so I know when I have to pay my bills I can look up statements or documents that are over a year old and never have to worry about them being purged like other services It makes doing taxes a breeze now that I scan receipts to my account so I can retrieve them for tax time I can store all my documents on the secured FileThis Cloud Cloud in Evernote Box Personal Dropbox and even Google Drive in addition to my own PC Thanks FileThis for making it easier to give more time to myself instead of doing paperwork                 Filethis makes me happy

If youre in to serious file management like me the design and implementation of this app is not good enough and not worth the monthly subscription price I am using the basic trial that allows me 6 linkages and so far Ive given up on this app The fetching process is too slow On basic it checks for documents every week apparently And if you upgrade it would check daily But if an email from my bank comes saying my bill is ready I want to fetch that sucker immediately and pay for it before I forget FileThis doesnt allow for you to refresh manually Using FileThis as a destination when I delete documents they magically reappear a couple days later Ive emailed their support and the answer I got was Oh thats how our system works you should wait 1 month before you delete it because our system checks for new docs within the last month That is incredibly frustrating for me as I dont know which statement is new or old and which Ive taken care of or not Using other services such as Dropbox as destinations is cumbersome too because you arent able to know which statement got fetched until you open Dropbox There is a big lack of information if you use another service as a destination that makes the experience of using FileThis subpar        Not good enough for 499month

A bit expensive but saves me time so I can justify the expense It needs to support more providers              Expensive but good

Really successful at helping me get more organizedspecifically by putting all of my bills into one place The tag and search features are good and I think Im going to be using the Destination to store my documents in one easy to access place Just had a look at the iPad version but I think Im going to like it too                 More organized now

App is incredibly buggy Gets stuck in the add connections screen     Not ready for prime time

This app has real potential Keep all your billing and financial paperwork store in place at the touch of a button The downfall is once you load 6 companies it wont let you add anymore until you agree to pay a small fee of 499 a month Um no           Potential

Great service No longer do I need to download statements from 15 different websites every month 20year for the premium subscription is a deal                 Fantastic service

Never got it to work It flickers on the Downloading Data screen yet never finishes the process I tried linking it to my Dropbox account but I think it might have trouble with the 2step verification enabled on my Dropbox account But that shouldnt be my problem I rebooted reinstalled shutdown and restarted the app all about 10 times In 2014 you need perfection outta the box not a bunch of tinkering and 50 visits to the knowledge base and forum visits App deleted Im done wasting time Plenty of apps that do it right the first time Mint Evernote Pageonce etc     Unpolished

I downloaded the app today onto my 4S running iOS 71 created my account and selected my destination When I went to the Connections tab all I got was a flickering black box that said Loading Data At this point I couldnt get back to another option and I couldnt shut down the app which caused rapid battery drain I have removed and reinstalled the app twice now with identical results Disappointed doesnt begin to describe how Im feeling     App is buggy and unusable

I love the service But the app needs work You cannot fix items that need attention I have to wait till I get to a computer to fix them This defeats the purpose of having an app           Love the service

Really wanted this to work I thought it would be a good companion to Evernote but I cant get it to connect to anything Im using an iPhone 5s and iPad mini both running on the latest iOS platforms but when I attempt to connect to accounts I just get a black screen and loading data If the program would work I would give it another shot but I dont have time to hunt in the help files for the solution Since there are so many complaints about this particular problem I would think that the developers would jump on the problem and fix it If there are any changes I will update my rating     Can not get it to work

Years ago I signed up for my first electronic bill statement and realized that email reminders and manually logging in to retrieve ebills pwas time consuming and error prone Id miss an email reminder or forget to retrieve a ebill Then I would miss paying a bill With the big push to go green and avoid paper statements I kept looking for a solution to automate this process and keep track of my ebills Recently Apple showcased FileThis Fetch application and now I can now keep track of all my bills on my iPad and have them saved to my Dropbox folder Only wish I could view ebills from the app instead of going to Dropbox                 No more paper bills

This app has save me 3045 minutes of tedious work per week Works like a champ names the files appropriately and fits very well with my workflow                 Great Time Saver

Works as advertised Saves hours of scanning time I hope more companies cooperate so I can have all my monthly bills up to date Somehow you cant add Con Edison Weird Thats the only reason I dont give it 5 stars Other than that Im all in              Awesome and convenient

I admit it I am terrible about doing anything when I get an email telling me that a statement is ready So filethis is an answer to my dilemma I upgraded and added all of my accounts to the connections Just finished last night and checked this AM 411 statements had come in a years worth on all my accounts and filed themselves nicely within evernote which linked up seamlessly A real time saver and even better a guilt remover                 Totally worth the upgrade

The app wont let me connect to any of my accounts It keeps updating and never cycles out of it     Buggy

I like the concept But as of the most recent update the app crashes upon opening so I cant access anything When I had a question about statements not showing up I not only got no communication from them mentioning the problem but when I tried to contact customer service I got zero response I would like to see them organize the bills so that current bill is in a prominent position and highlightedafter they fix the CRASHING Will update my review after they take care of the above        File This Crashes

It grabs my statements monthly from all over bank brokerage utility cable cell etc and tags and organizes it for me Worth every penny                 I Tell Everyone to Use This

No other app like this given its ability to seamlessly download and organize your documents 499 price well worth the upgrade and headache saved                 Amazing app and service

Ive tried other doc apps but they all seemed to assume you would be willing to spend time getting organized and loading in information and making corrections This one assumes your lazy retrieves even past statements for you categorizes them and makes it very easy to zip through them FileThis I love you                 For The Organized Challenged

Manila is gone and this is what youre going to use to take its place Wish you could get it to more than one service Ive got it connected to the file this cloud but really want it in both my dropbox and Evernote However you only get one The website is super flash heavy it kills my browser Tag views and the website cloud are a bit tricky to use Wish they more like Manila use to be and an actual file cabinet style view              Almost perfect

All my statements ALL OF THEM came over perfectly Dave thru the Dropbox app to my laptops and I never had to check the mail No more missed bills No more wondering about the mail This makes sense for 2014                 Finally paperless makes sense

I loved this app it worked well even though bank connections needed to be repaired every so often and required access only to Google Drive files that it itself created Until just now when suddenly requested that I give it access to all of my Drive files Why No way If you respect your privacy vote with your wallet until they fix this Increasing their attack surface and exposing their users like that even if they themselves do not abuse permissions which is not obvious is unacceptable     Requires excessive Google Drive permissions

This app is amazing the only reason its 3stars is because I dont have support for America first credit union If you could update that it would be great           Almost there

Its an excellent app that make life easier and more organized but doesnt justify a 499 a month I would pay a little more as a one time payment but not a recurring one on monthly basis           Excellent but

I wish I could have started using this app long time ago this app works great it does a super great job retrieving and organizing all your documents it has a macwindows uploader that works great I am a paperless enthusiast and finding this app was a blessing to me try it and you wont regret it pd they never ask you for a review                 This is one of the best app out there

I installed app on my iPad and connected to ATT CC Bank and utilities It took about 15 minutes to retrieve all my documents a few hundred but the result is great all my documents in one place I did not experience the issues reported by the previous reviewers                 Just in time for tax time

I love what this app does Im not thrilled with how it does it Having my account statements all in one place is great Its easy to add accounts and there are lots to chose from Here is the problem I would like a nice home page view that quickly shows me which bills are due and when organized by date Basically I got this app to replace Manilla because they are shutting their app down in June and this app isnt nearly as refined as Manilla was More than just having my documents in one place I want a bill tracker Maybe thats not what this app is supposed to be Also as of today the app crashes immediately after opening on my iPhone 5 Please continue to improve this app        Good start but needs work
