You have to get used to navigating BUT if you can get your finger small enough to tap the schedule and maneuver to your shift it s been a great app for me Our assignments change within an hour of being on shift so I always check so I don t get stuck making an unneeded trip There has been times I have to reload the IP address and modify things for it to run but considering it s free and it gives me the capability to see where I m going I like it             For checking the schedule it does the trick Bafowler1

Come on guys please take a look at making the app run smoother I ve taken the time to get used to the app when I needed to but it gets hung up on things During a run report the app will randomly freeze making it take forever to finish The keyboard function isn t the greatest and out dated but I can actually live with if it atleast didn t freeze Please please please try to do something in regards to the app Last update was for iOS 7 iOS 10 is out It s not a stretch to say that the app is due for some updating     No update going on 3 years 110614937

We just transitioned FH Cloud and happened upon this app I was thrilled to be able to use FH on my iPad except for the fact that the keyboard doesn t pop up in text field Who designed such a clunky worthless app In any event FH Cloud is just using a clunky VM to load the program whether on computer or iPad Do not download this app it s a complete waste of time     What is the point of this app Fender1878

Horrible navigation Keyboard does not pop up in writing fields Cannot scroll through data have to keep tapping down arrow when scrolling through data lists Should work more like VMware to login to the cloud remotely Sadly it is just a cheap port to claim it as a function of Firehouse s cloud service and nothing more They could do thousands of times better if they weren t trying to be all things to all their customers     Almost Unusable Unsuable

Worst POS ever I think this is a thin client that connects to a Metaframe server or something it looks like a Windows app on your iPad which is disgusting but the remote app just throws ODBC errors at you about which you can do nothing Not even worth the 0 price tag     Garbage bkocik
