I use the other bank app all the time this app is terrible I dont know where to set up transfer from the other bank debt card to pay this bank credit card only can transfer from my own two account May need to go online banking later or change a bank Too bad

Was hoping it would be more useful like my ingdirect app is Its missing a deposit check feature which is by far what Id most use When first trying to sign in I got a cryptic error message Also the apps a little confusing Not that useful or easy to use

First Hawaiian Bank is behind on technology and is slow to implement anything new or old FHB is behind on technology

Fine to check balance pay a bill transfer Still cannot deposit a check Still cannot categorize expenses into categories to see a graph or even download on the website Cannot view checks deposited Did my balance drop below zero before my check deposited I dont know no balance for each transaction Basically the same as iPhone app that I dont use Just another deleteable app

After the iOS 8 upgrade the Mobile Deposit Function in inoperative This is an excellent feature which saves me from driving to the bank and waiting in line Please restore this functionality as soon as possible Mobile deposit function inoperative

The hours of each branch will probably be the most important information when using the Location feature Most people will know where the closest branch is The question for most will be will I make it on time before it closes And without the hours when they arrive and find out that it has been closed for half an hour they wont be very happy when something so basic like the hours could have been included Gave the same criticism for the iPhone version
