Designed for lawyers, paralegals, legal secretaries, judges, law professors, and law students, this app contains the full text of all of the local rules for every federal court in the county. Additionally, this app provides ...
They didnt retype the text to make it readable and searchable and fictional Its just links to PDFs Id the rules which can absolutely NOT be read The only think remotely decent is the pacer login but if that doesnt work You have to exit and close the program to get out of it DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY     Completely worthless
No PACER access Has ads despite the fact that it costs and only provides you with the location of the federal courts Do not buy     Useless
I decided to try this to see if I agreed with the other reviewer who said that the app was useless He is right Sorry I do not like to give bad reviews Needs a major overhaul though I am sure it was well intended A refund would be in order here until this app is redone     Needs a Major Overhaul to be Useful
I must agree with the others This app is true junk Save your money There are excellent available offerings that do what this app wants to do     Junk
Apparently the PACER access just puts a frame around WebKit which is not compatible with document access You can only see the first page and a half of documents and you cant download them as PDFs or open them in other apps     Cant view documents on PACER
If you would expect to be able to use this app to quickly look up rules and use as a convenient reference dont bother All this gives you is voluminous PDFs of the rules The rules have no tables of contents or links that would allow you to quickly and conveniently pull up the actual rule you want to see Instead if you want to see Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for example you have to scroll down through each individual page until you eventually get there I do not think such a tedious process is functional or convenient in any setting much less a courtroom while the judge waits for you to find what youre looking for I would not purchase this app     Horrible app
Horrible Rules are just PDF files that are not searchable and tiny print You have to scroll down by pages to find a rule Pathetic Pacer is just a web view with the same problem pacer has operating on mobile devices you can only see the first page of a filed document as the page will not scroll Worthless A practicing attorney has no use for this Id really like a refund On my phone the app has been Deleted     Horrible Pathetic Worthless Deleted
The rules and such are just PDF files Not easy to use The PACER app is useless The web view is portrait but the keyboard and drop downs come up landscape No redeeming value Skip on this one     Rough
The text does not adjust for mobile and it is so small that it is unreadable     Not useable for mobile
Everything on the app is available online So you pay for the convenience of them putting all of the local rules in one place but no guarantee they have the latest version of the rules The PACER aspect is the same as just going to the website in your internet browser it is literally just an Internet window inside the app        Not Really Worth Paying For
Was excited to try this but it is really really disappointing App uses portrait mode exclusively but forces you to type in landscape mode Documents are essentially inaccessible as it stops scrolling after a page and a half Documentation seems to be play around with it and see what works for you Not only does it feel unfinished it feels like they just started with it Am hopeful this or something like what it purports to be comes around one day but for now it is impossible to recommend for anything other than reviewing dockets     Really disappointing
This app is useful if you want the texts of federal rules However it works only in portrait format on the IPad which means you have to turn the IPad sideways if like me you use it like a tablet Some courthouse locations are inaccurate and the developer did not correct errors that I reported I found this out when I had a court appearance at a fairly new federal courthouse and the app gave me the wrong address by several miles Thank goodness I had looked it up elsewhere I have downloaded Court Caddy Federal and find that app much more useful Granted Court Caddy does not have courthouse locations but the redesigned uscourtsgov website has a neat feature that will give you that information        Not very good
No better than prior version All the reviews for the prior versions still apply to this version Most troubling is the app only appears in portrait mode while the keyboard pops up in landscape Try to use that     Useless
