Difficult to use and not current WASTE OF TIME and Out of date FAR
This app is tantamount to being worthless Over two thousand pages with NO search function If I could get my money back I would The info is probably all there but there is no way to find it Hobbled FAR app
This app seems to be designed for maybe more advanced pilots It does not have part 2139 and 43 which are necessary for student pilots to read Very annoying sound of pages flipping Lack of search capability is annoying I ended up going to ASA FARAIM version even though its not upto date as this app it is at least complete version of the hard copy Not the complete FARAIM
This was perfect for what I needed Did not want to spend 20something dollars on a simple manual I just need something I can reference quickly on my phone from time to time and this is it Great app priced well

I am a CFII and I use the FAR all the time This app is not useful for finding anything Waste of my money Terrible
Nice content but NOT searchable difficult to reference a specific FAR or search for a key word NOT searchable
No search function is about the most frustrating part of this app Also there is no go to page function You must either flip through pages individually or scroll using the very bad scroll bar The iBook is cheaper and has all of these functions Dont waste your money The only reason Im giving it two stars is because the font is easy to read Just go get the iBook
No search function Annoying sound when you turn the page and you cant turn the sound off Yes you can print over air print but be careful It doesnt automatically print the page you are looking at You have go back into the print window and spin the from to wheels to the page you want Not obvious from the documentation If you dont it will start printing the entire document all 2200 plus pages Then just try to cancel the print When I did it locked up my printer I had to uninstall the APP and then reset my printer to get the print job out of the print queue Fortunately the APP was cheap so when I didnt reinstall it I was only out 8 Your experience might be different This was mine Buyer beware

I bought this app thinking it would be a fast way to navigate the far aim Using this app is more difficult to find things than it is in its paper counterpart There is no way to search for what you want and a search should have links to the area you wish to read This application has none of that I just had my money stolen from me Not user friendly

Those rated this 5 stars Not sure what you used to but this is nothing more than a scanned copy of the FAR AIM My own mistake I read quickly and just assumed this would be searchable like competitors and nearly all other electronic versions Also not sure about the heavily subsidized nonsense if competitors can sell printed copies for not much more these guys should be able to sell 0 cost of goods electrons for 799 and make a substantial profit Nothing Special
