Now that the bugs are worked out this is a great application and a tremendous time saver for those of us who do not have onboard electronic logs Eddie in technical support is extremely helpful EZ Log
The developers have good phone and email support All you need to do is call them Logging and editing is as simple as clicking a couple of buttons If your confused about how it works call them and ask Great App Very good app and support
Way too glitchy kicks me out every time I touch a button even after I deleted restarted and reinstalled Want my money back Terrible
The user interface isnt easy to use If you make a mistake on a duty status change there really isnt a easy way to correct it I know you guys tried to improve this app with your update but to be honest it was a poor attempt The logging correction still isnt any better Here is a hint Use the same correction idea as K2 Trucking Save your money people Needs improvement
There is nothing easy about this app I found interface too difficult to work with Why make interface on a touch screen text input Come on get with the times it should be just like using a paper log only easier and 37 a year Really I wouldnt spend that on paper logs plus the cost of a printer and ink and paper to print out for home office get a grip on what your BAD app is worth EZlogit
Looking at the other reviews they are correct The app has needed some improvement It has been a work in progress I have had this app since it first came out and have been in constant contact with the developers from day one Constant communication Never an unanswered email The mileage counter has been corrected I had an issue with the driving time and on duty time being reversed I uninstalled and reinstalled after the latest update that problem seems to be corrected Im giving it 5 stars ONLY because of the excellent customer service and ongoing updates and corrections I will update my review in a few weeks after I have really put it to the test again Work in Progress
