We had a tornado a few months back and we were able to receive notification and send out messages to my team We were all able to reach safety This app was a life saver and is an essential part of my Business Continuity plan for my business                 Saved my Team from Disaster

Good overall but would be much easier to use with some basic email navigation tools like a next button within each message and a mark all as read I read the messages as they come across my lock screen but unless I want to manually click on each message in my queue I cant get rid of the annoying unread message marker I have 175 unread messages and its getting worse not better Another good feature would be for the messages to selfcancel once the situation was restored of the ability to set a timeout in hours days weeks etc after which the message would be marked as read I cant imagine a situation where this system would be used wherein one incident went on for days or weeks without regular updates           More navigation options needed

I tried numerous times to sign in and each time the app looked like it was logging me in but then crashed At this point its unusable app     Constant Crash

I couldnt open this app It went straight to the login page and then said I needed a name and password     No Registration Access

Wow this recipient app takes emergency communications to a whole new level 2way comm with teams in the field and secure messaging those alone wouldve sold me But thats just the start I cant see why any Everbridge subscriber would NOT be all over this                 Game changer

I wrote an earlier review about that annoying confirm popup like some others and they removed it in this version Theres still some work to do but stars upgraded              Turns out theyre paying attention

Just created a profile in the app It is difficult to verify a location on the iPhone and not clear how to navigate through this Was able to confirm the first time but the second address I tried to scroll down to confirm but all it does is move the map Also does not show locations in the profile so not sure if either one I entered is there Will come back and update the review in a few months           Needs work

This app does exactly what it claims to do But the constant request to send a confirmation that I received the message ruins the user experience I know the county police etc who send the message arent checking to see if I confirmed so what is the point These intrusive mandatory prompts ruin the app        Useful with terrible user interface

It finally hands off between devices BUT I continuously get Service Unavailable 10000 messages at times of need        Update needs help

The app crashes overtime I try to login I am using an iPhone 6     Crashes upon each login

I read other reviews and agree this app need work 1 While I like getting the alerts as text or email messages I dont understand why I am ask to reply 2 When in the iPhone or iPad versions you cant seem to readily log out so that you dont keep getting notifications I already get the email and text alerts I dont need the notifications too 3 When you want to delete a large batch of alert messages within the app you can It needs a edit function so you can go through and clean up a whole lot at one time        So frustrating

I created an account via their website and when I attempt to use my credentials to sign in to the app it simply crashes Theres no apparent way to sign in and no clue as to why its not working properly I contacted their customer service and after some back and forth over several days their final solution was to have me reset my device restore it from a backup and resintall their app This absolutely goes well beyond my level of commitment to something that I havent even been able to run ONCE They have done nothing to prove to me that their app is in fact worth the time and effort required for this solution Ill just wait for an update to either the app or the OS and hope that it somehow magically starts working     Cant sign in

Member as an app name so the notifications just say Member No way to mark all messages as read so the only way to clear the app icon badge is to manually delete each message Touching the notification takes you to Do you want to acknowledge receipt of this message for no discernible reason And you cant choose an alternative app because there cant be one Ugh Who designed this piece of crap        What a crappy app

I have an account set up with alert gaithersburg and it wont let me log in     I cant login

Once sign up is accomplished via the web and credentials are entered within the app Im happy to report that version 410 of this app is accessible with VoiceOver for the blind All elements report and behave properly Ive had no problem receiving all alerts I set up for my location Im pleasantly surprised and appreciative of the accessible nature of this app              Good Accessible App For This Platform

Besides not being able to figure out how to get rid of old messages the arrow at the end of the message bar takes you to an email thing none of the controls delete or clear anything you cant choose the types of alerts you get on the app only the website It gives you the option to choose whether you view unread read and a few other categories but I cant even see a way to make the unread mark go away I get these all in my text message app as well as the one the county sends out No need to duplicate everything It may be useful to some people if they get alerts from an agency that doesnt provide text alerts but Im trashing this app since I dont want it using up my iPads memory with alerts that never go away     Badly designed app

Its been rocksolid for me I use it for local alerts I figure that if text msgs are down due to a weather event I can still get alerts as long as my home Internet with wifi is working My only request Provide a feature to delete all messages at once instead of forcing us to delete each alert individually              Good but needs ability to bulk delete

My job uses everbridge a lot so its nice to have an app that displays the messages I cant stop having emails sent until the app can include a badge to show how many notifications you have The badges only turn on when I open the app and thats not when I need them Please fix           Please fix badges

Great information but kind of slow           sluggish

No landscape mode on iPad This reduces the apps usefulness for me because I never use my iPad in portrait mode           No landscape mode on iPad

UPDATE Made the original review in Sept Its now midway through Nov with no solution I gave it four stars then because I honestly love everything else about the app except having to choose between getting texts andor emails for EVERY call in addition to the app alerts So annoying Im dropping my rating to 3 stars I have a new app installed that I like better for now because I dont have to get emails or texts in addition to the app alerts Whats the point of having an Everbridge app when you could just get text alerts instead If theres no solution soon Im uninstalling the Everbridge app and just using the other app Sept Dang man I tried to turn off emails and texts since Im obviously already getting everything in the app but it requires you to keep one on I turned off email since I dont want it spamming up my email Id like a way to turn off text too I already get notifications so please make a way for notifications only for the app not having to get texts or emails too           Too many textsnotifications

In addition to comments provided below by others I would like the ability to rename accounts so they dont have to use usernames If I have two accounts each for a different jurisdiction and the username for one is bark1 and the second is bark2 then there is no way to distinguish in the app which jurisdiction it came from Please let us add a descriptor to clearly indicate who the sender is Thanks           Solid stable app that needs tweaks
