ESPN FC Soccer & World Cup

This used to work great but now the popup ads and app crashes are too regular If I have to use a browser to avoid such troubles when accessing the content why keep the app Bottom line There are too many other options available for football news to bother with this one        Used to be better

The app works perfectly It used to crash sometimes but since the new update it seems fine I would like to see them add some more leagues in and I think in the future it could use some better teamspecific pages This could be an amazing app if they put a little bit more into it                 Great app I hope they keep developing it

I usually love the app but any specific team notifications I set are erased once I exit the app Its also been crashing recently Please update the app soon so it can get back to being great           Some problems recently

Love the layout and content and now that it has 66 support its a much better app Would love to see inapp team rosters in future releases though                 Great app

If you want up to date soccer news this is the app I have multiple soccer football news apps but this one is the best However the video playback is far too shaky and I hope they make an effort to fix it soon The video will frequently say its fully loaded and you can hear audio as well as see the video cursor move but the picture will be frozen Major issue that needs to be addressed           Great app

This app has a lot of great information but the overall design and usability of it is pretty poor For example if on Feb 18 I want to look at Champions League Scores in the Round of 16 selection from Feb 17Apr 13 it only has upcoming matches but no scores from Feb 17 Also the table data from the Champions League is still from last season This timing difference also applies to Premier Leaguewhich is a bit annoying since I might want to look at results from the entire weekend in one view Although in the Premiere League scores view the calendar does let you pick a daybut its kind of annoying that on a Sunday I have to click several times to see the previous Saturdays results But in the screen you can scroll to matches for the next few weeks it seems to me that the recent results are more important and should be easier to get ot This is just speculation but I do wonder if ESPN has abandoned development on this app since FIFA has given Fox the next few World Cups etc           App is Poorly Designed

Crashes about 14 of the time when trying to read News Ads are annoying        Ads and crashes

The new update does nothing to fix the alerts issues You check off what you want league updates team specific updates etc exit the app reopen the app and voila its all erased This is what the third update that has claimed to fix this issue Get your act together ESPN     Same Alerts issue as ESPN app

The app will start but every menu is completely blank While it used to be quite good recently its been franklyawful Ill find something else NOT the regular ESPN app its just as bad for my football news     Completely blank

Ill be watching a game live and after a goal is scored typically takes around 5 minutes for the ESPNFC app to notify me Takes way too long to notify and needs to be more current           The notifications are so delayed

It looks nice but the fact that I cant look at what games are on each day you can only search by league is just stupid If I go to the espn fc website and hit the scores tab I can see every single game in every league that is playing on any given day If your ap is worse than your website something is wrong     Not as functional as their website

Im not one to write reviews often but I felt compelled in this case due to how poor this app has become I downloaded this app when it was first launched Since then the app has gotten more and more unstable This is what bothers me the most I dont mind the popups so much Its the fact that I sometimes go consecutive days of crashing while using the app I cant read news stories as a result If I cant do that whats the point of having the app I can get sport scores via any app More troubling is ESPNs lack of desire to correct these issues I shouldnt be surprised though as it is ESPN If this was an ESPN NFL or NCAA app there would be an update every 30 seconds fixing any problem that could arise Thus Im throwing in the towel and finding a new app for all my soccer news Dont waste your time with this        Crashes Too Much

this app used to work fine but when you set alerts and close the app and open it again it resets I hope they fix the notifications soon     fix notifications

The only issue I had with this app someone else had brought this up in an earlier review was that the Turkish Super League teams are not thoroughly represented Although I was able to search a few club teams from that League Galatasaray Trabzonspor Besiktas the team I wanted to favorite is Fenerbahce The interesting thing is that I was able to select Fenerbahce when searching through Galatasarays match fixturesresults I could see the news for them as well Unfortunately the app wouldnt let me favorite that team I hope a future update will include all club teams in the Turkish Super League              Decent App but one personal issue

I like using the app to follow all my favorite teams and games but the app is very unstable It is always crashing and sometimes doesnt even load the games Cmon ESPN I expect better from your company        Unstable

While the UI is well designed and is pleasing to look at the UX leaves the user frustrated From the regular crashes to the increasingly annoying single advert From world class professional sports If you have attempted to watch any video from espn fc then you know what I mean At this point I would consider paying for this app to no longer have the same advert over and over This app still is functional but if these issues dont get resolved then there is potential for loss of users from what could be the best app to follow top football clubs with the latest news and entertaining commentary That being said the content is great but the experience is at the moment frustrating        At the moment Frustrating

ESPN i love the basis to the app but i cant stand the pop up ads or ads in between the games It would be great if you could add in a feature where you could pay to get rid of adds However that is not the only thing bothering me i have used this app for a few years and i would love to have the apps focus stay on my favorite team once i exit the application Thank You        Potential
