Sent them an email with the following questions and have yet to hear from them Hi I just downloaded your app and have a few questions How do I delete old contacts with whom I no longer keep in contact How do I change time zone Mine is correct but incoming email is wrong unless it s the sender s time maybe Can I get Envelope to integrate with my reminder app that is not default on iPad Also reminders not showing up on calendar iPad default calendar Can I change fonts It also doesn t show my sent emails sometimes in the bubble window but when it does there is no format to them all words jumbled together with no paragraphs or they just disappear altogether Also no red notification number showing emails that have come in unless the default one has to be turned off first so not sure about that and picture added t signature not showing up just a little box where the picture should be Emails also showing in the wrong order somehow Lots of features though so if they work on it more then it may be useful Really wanted to like this app but deleted it and went back to using default app in iPad         Great concept BUT too many bugs Needs a lot of work LadyPzaz

I ve been using gmail s In Box I don t like the bright white look of that app especially first thing in the morning so this rich colorful app with a dark background suits me just fine First off they need to do some work on email threads I have one thread with 8 conversations but only 5 show up in Envelope That is unacceptable in an email app imho So until they get that squared away I will have to continue to use another app The text bubble quick response was cool but I have a hard time reviewing my content for errors because the input editing area is black font on dark gray background I looked for color options in the settings but if they re there I couldn t find them Why the dev team would settle on black over dark gray is beyond me I m still getting the hang of it Didn t quite get how to leverage all the cool text formatting features so simple to add bold or italics in a new draft until I realized that in addition to the text bubble sort of quick response I can also tap the plus sign and the compose icon to construct my reply in a full window I can also add a brief sound clip image take a photo or send a scribble Love the versatile signature feature except that I d like to have more than one signature and I don t see how to do that either Still learning I wanted to give this more stars but because of the black gray I mentioned and the fact that some elements of email threads don t actually render I have to knock it down I remain hopeful         I like it But iaminak

I tried to like this email application but it fails in so many ways It does not appear that there is any way to remove old accounts from the app once it sets them up Setting up an imap account generates at least 2 of the same account with different pieces of setup information missing at times Setting up imap account does this or it hangs and never completes I have setup a imap account and let the sit at testing for the account build for 20 minutes and it does not complete Closing the app causes the app to crash on startup To try again you are to uninstall the app and reinstall and start all over     Good concept poor execution JoG2

This is the first review that I have ever written on any app and I usually don t but in this case I thought it appropriate the app wasn t working quite properly and I sent an email to one of the developers that the mail was not pushing to the app and I have to login every time I open the app it only took several hours for him to fix the problem he sent me emails to let me know what the status was all the way along and asked me if there were any other issues that I may have incredible support team thank you so much and I will continue to be loyal to this app                     Great App and Support garykron

The native Apple mail program can do more than this app You can only attach a photo or links with Envelope One cannot attach files or PDFs I had hoped this program would have been better but I am glad it was only 1 99 that I wasted I plan to delete this app and just stay with Apple mail     Cannot Attach PDFs or Files wah0995

If you are looking for an email app this is worth trying The design is different and unfamiliar but I ve started getting the hang of it quickly It makes sense even if it s new to me Configuring accounts was a snap I really like this app and I wish I could rate it higher The problem is stability It crashes A lot I really hope the developer can improve stability and exterminate these bugs because Envelope could be my Mail app and Boxer replacement             Promising but needs work Marcos El Malo

Just started to play around with it and it looks very promising to me I like the features that this app has signatures with pics and able to use cursive etc The fact that it is with colors gives me the advantage of being able to rely on the icons colors instead of constantly having to check the same grayish icons in other apps Tx                 Very promising None200000000000

Just started using Envelope already I am amazed Have used many e mail clients and this seems to be my go to from now on Love the featured of being able to see all e mails in a list from a particular source photos feature multitude of icons swipe overs etc Will update my rating after using app for a couple weeks Highly recommend Envelope for e mail                     Excellent e mail app BAR112

The Apple email app is continually freezing up on me and I needed an alternative So far this app is doing the job quite nicely                 Over all not bad My 2cents on mypad

downed the app because i don t want the pin lock from the Microsoft app for outlook365 this works well yet the app does not push correctly has annoying big buttons and keeps wanting to flag different e mails no matter whats unusable for me as mail app it does however make good use of synced reminders for e mails along with Iphone reminders         not good enough claudiueu

So here is my updated review They fixed the issue with gmail crashing and I have been able to use the app with no problems ever since It s the perfect email app I love it Thank you for fixing the issue The layout is so easy and it works just the way I need it to I feel so much more organized and in control of my mail again There is much less clutter in my inbox and it takes me seconds to delete unwanted emails rather than endless minutes trying to organize it like I did before on my other email apps Thank you previous rating It s a great app and I love the layout but it continually crashes like the other reviews said Once they fix that it will be my favorite and best email app For the brief time I used the app I was really happy with its functionality and the ease of filtering my emails I did however have a hard time finding the non filtered email folders I deleted something by accident and couldn t find the trash folder to retrieve the email I would really love to come back and give it 5 stars Please fix the crash issue Thx                     5 s PickyCatz

Although I REALLY wanted to like this app because I have been looking for an alternative to iOS Mail for a long time Envelope sadly isn t it Yet There are too many bugs and too many crashes to make this app usable Each time I read an email and return to the Inbox that email is duplicated in the list And it duplicates each time until the app crashes And when you restart many emails will be missing from the Inbox all together And trying to set a default signature without the default developer line is impossible As well as getting an html signature to work properly Kudos to the design engineers though If the app actually worked it would be fabulous         Not ready for prime time Tamanzi

Just downloaded this and can t even set it up The first account froze in testing account mode After deleting and reinstalling I tried adding another mail provider and then it wouldn t let me out of that screen Deleted for not working     Doesn t work cbnepa

I have been looking for an email app that I like and for me this is it While not perfect you can tell by the thought put into the app that the developer is going to make sure it s top notch                 Already impressed Deannemlea

Not perfect but ranks as one of the best email apps around It s a cross btw the mailbox app and the inbox cube Mail app The more I use this app the more I features I discover Like it separates documents pics and video into their own categories making them easy to find the emails that contains them A few flaws like the notifications are a bit buggy and don t always work When viewing a document and after zooming in to view it Leaving the document to return to the email app seems impossible or maybe I just haven t found a way The app also freezes occasionally But overall I m impressed                 Give it a chance Jerry7709

The app has a really nice ui for viewing mail contents senders mailboxes and subsidiary contents such as a browser window as sliding windows Making it easy to slide the contents window out of the way when i want to see the list of received mail or sliding to the left to view contents I had been using Yahoo mail but Envelope is more intuitive                 Let the messages fly Redskyorca

Downloaded app and tested it out over weekend While it has potential there are some serious issues including it not pulling in all emails and not coming up with the right search results I think this app has potential but for now it needs a lot more work         Has potential just not ready for prime time Sandjockey

I use Googles 2 factor login to my account and i have attempted to use this app with my account but when I enter my email address and the app specific password from the google security settings I get a parse error I guess I m just going to wait for my invite to google inbox     gmail with dual factor login Jayber30

I have been a user of the mac mail app for a long time I have tried other apps but did not feel they reduced the time I spent on mail The cluster and group features of this app allow me to look at the email i am interested in and to take action on many emails at once It automatically creates email clusters that can be addressed together Its groupings have been right on all emails in the group are closely related Conservatively this app has reduced my mail handling time by 60 Great app keep up the good work                     Envelope Cuts the time I send on email by at least 60 KTW156
