Whats the point of having an app to pay your bill when half the time it doesnt work I would say ONE out of TEN times of trying to use this app to pay my bill it actually works with no problems PLEASE fix this Id like to pay my bill On Time     Whats the point

There is much to be desired You have to pay with a card which means processing charges Outrage button just sends you to your messaging        Needs Improvement

Aside from the app constantly using location services which is entirely unnecessary it is very poorly designed I really thought Apple was banning apps made by lazy developers who simply point to the webpage within the app I might as well use Safari     Poorly Designed

This app is terrible     A waste

Do yourself a favor and just use your web browser It is much quicker more flexible and simpler than using this notreadyforprimetime app     Use a browser

The app works well and is much more convenient than using the website on my phone Also looks really nice Cant ask for more than that                 Works well looks nice Much easier than website

I downloaded the app today 8514 and all I could get was a white screen with Home and Contact Us I deleted it an redownloaded it and I got the same thing again It looks like it will be a great app if your developers can get it working properly     Entergy Services App

Improved interface and some nice one touch features appear to have been added If you are having problems viewing the updated version you need to update your phone to the latest iOS The app also requires an internet connection for all account and outage map sections Overall a nice improvement over the previous version                 Updated version easier to navigate better UI

What can I say not much since all I see is a blank white screen I was hoping for something a bit more exciting But just like there service the app disappoints even more     Redesign Update

Payment arrangements option does not work at all Neat app never worked before the update but at least you could look at your balance if you wanted to wait 10 minutes for it to load     Payment arrangements

I have problems to log in i takes too long sometimes and i would like to keep my username saved it so i just can type the password        Problems to log in

Once the technical difficulties of its initial start were resolved the app is GREAT                 Great Update

This updates takes what was a useable app and totally breaks it Should have been tested more     Bad Update

I have tried to log on to my account for 2 months All I get is LoadingPlease Wait Well Ive been waiting glad I did auto pay and dont have to rely on my app to pay my bill But I would like to know how much my bill is every month Smh     Log in issues

I would have given this app at least a 3 had it not been for having to constantly login it is sooooo irritating otherwise its a decent app because of the convenience of paying my bill through the app        Login Issue

Had problems getting it to connect to my account initially Then did the update and now all I have is a blank screen on the app When you press the help or home tab both screens stay blank Will be deleting     Completely blank Useless

This could be a wonderfully useful app Unfortunately the function I use the most bill pay has ceased to function all together I wont be deleting this app in hopes that there will be a update that rectifies this problem However I doubt this will happen in a timely manner and would recommend that others just bypass use of this app all together as Entergys website seems to be fully functional     Super buggy

New version is great except if you allow it to use your current location it keeps GPS on all of the time even if the App is NOT running in the background              GPS on all of the time

Login is busted so that I can only see one letter at a time while I type my user name and password The links to view my billing history lead nowhere Viewing the current details yields the word graph and nothing more Really now This stuff isnt really that hard is it     Utterly useless

Downloaded the app seems like it will be helpfully paying my bill but then I tried to get text alerts But they say my account number is incorrect I triple checked it and it is correct WTH I hope the fix this soon           Mrs

I just downloaded this app Its not appearing as downloaded and when I click open from the app search it does nothing     Cant open app

This app is just OK when it works but most of the time Im staring at a blank screen and wasting my battery as it tries to load data Needs an overhaul        Blank Screen

I downloaded the app this afternoon and love the functionalities This is a great asset to have access to in the event of an electrical outage in my area Its also a beneficial tool for Entergy customers                 Cool App

I downloaded the new update and it takes me to a white screen I then went to the contact us page from the menu and its still a white page It does display full screen on an iPhone 5 but you cant get any use out of the app I have closed the application and uninstalledreinstalled the app to try and troubleshoot     New update renders the app useless

This app is useful and it works However theres one thing that really annoys me I have to log in every time I use the app Since an app is designed for an individuals phone theres no reason why I shouldnt be allowed to stay logged in           Useful but could be better

Post update app opens and shows blank page Contact us and home are the only accessible options on the left bar Everything else is white blank space Uninstalled and reinstalled and same result This update now has made the app non functional Also I tried the app support link before writing a review and it takes me to the standard Entergy support contact page and number No offense but theres no way Im calling the electrical support number and asking a call center rep for ios app support Thats just about the worst thing imaginable Update several relaunches later and icons now show Close app reopen and blank again Couple more shots and icons are there Is this an app or a wrapper for a back end webserver That might be having issues     Broken after update

This app needs to be updated Today Im unable to log in it just continues to say loading on the screen then says app unavailable at this time Prior to this I was unable to set up payment arrangements it would also say this is unavailable at this time can these problems be fixed immediately        App mishaps

Yesterday I took a dump it was nasty but it was still better than this app     Dumpster fire

This is awful it just sends you back to the home page when you try to make a payment     Doesnt even work

It was perfect enough before the last update Now the iPad format has changed to a iPhone format on the iPadparagraphsdetails overlap right side of screenlogin keyboard hides loginpassword spaces Looks like a 1 app fits all approach was applied Should be separate design for each     App works great
