Im a little pichirre meaning cheapskate in Latin America I wasnt willing to spend big bucks on an app Although I can stump it fairly easily for example pichirre doesnt appear I find it quite helpful when I want to get a quick translation need to check a definition or simply cant quite remember how to say something I look forward to future updates                 A Great ReasonablyPriced Resource

I have 4 spanish dictionaries on my phone I used Spanish Dict for a while but they have been missing some definitions or farming it out to online search engines Boo This Dict is much better Quick simple and has what Im looking for Havent fully utilized all features but it looks promising              Yes it is good

This app has quite an extensive technical vocabulary I have found very few words that are not included here but are otherwise defined in other sources I use it all the time Only complaint is the constant insistence on a written review                 Great app

So there I was in Madrid I lost the little langhenscheit spanishEnglish dictionary that Id had for 35 yrs despondent I retraced my steps to no avail My daughter suggested that I download one I downloaded this one and have been a changed man ever since Since its on my phone its always with me plus it offers all the features that langenscheidt offered and more Although Im sorry I lost my keepsake dictionary Im happier that I found this one                 An updated alternative

It keeps being improved new wordsusages are added frequently I have all the addons I think that makes it equivalent to the unabridged version Is it perfect no but it is getting there I like that it distinguishes the usages by region where applicable If it is not found just let the developer know and it will probably be added to the next update                 The best SpanishEnglish I have found

It seems impossible to do a simple look up of an English word and obtain its Spanish equivalent Im trying to use this on an iPad Air Whoever designed the user interface was apparently under the influence of drugs Dont waste your money     Does not work for me

Lots of good things to say about this app my favorite is this As I walk in the neighborhood listening to Spanishlearning tapes when I dont quite get a new word I can whip out my iPhone and look it up As a predominantly visual learner that cements the word in my brain Flash cards are very helpful                 Immensely helpful

Up until Version 72 the Word Magic was one of the best Spanish dictionary apps around NOW IT IS THE BEST I have spent a small fortune on various books and applications to help me learn Spanish The Word Magic Dictionary is by far the best learning tool for Spanish I came upon It is not just a dictionary it is an interactive multi faceted research and study application And it is virtually free compared to its value One feature that was missing in the Word Magic was Flash Cards I had to keep using my old favorite Slovoed dictionary just for flashcards So I used the handy Suggest a New Feature Box to ask for Flash Cards Lo and behold Word Magic Soft added Flash Cards in Ver 70 But still there were problems with flash cards Back to the Suggest a New Feature Box asking for additional features 1 Please present flash cards randomly not in alpha order 2 Each quiz should have a limited number of words not all the words in the Favorites folder Display the quiz stats at the end 3 Allow search in the Favorites folder and subfolders 4 Add a brief etymological reference a la RAE Ricardo from Word Magic promised to implement my suggestions ASAP Was I surprised when two weeks later Ver 72 came out that had all changes I requested except number 4 I am sure that etymology is coming soon This is what I call PWM Pure Word Magic Thank you Word magic for a great product PS One great feature would be to allow a user to add custom notes or examples to an existing word article or even create new word or expression articles This customized words can be stored locally on the device You may even allow customers to upload these additions to your server so your developers can incorporate the best material into the product database                 The best Dictionary app period

Excelent Spanish dictionary howeverLook up Israel and it states that el capital es Tel Aviv That is totally incorrect as their capital is Jerusalem Please get your facts straight guys That having been said I used this to read El Crimean de Medusa since I couldnt find a copy in French It is an awesome dictionary even making it quick to look up verb forms such as the present past participles Good work guys Whenever I read something in Spanish this will be my goto dictionary                 Excelente

This is a great app the best and most complete SpanishEnglish dictionary that Ive seen It would be better especially with verbs if it would give an example of the selected verb in a sentence rather than an example using a synonym of the verb as it generally seems to do                 A suggestion
