Downloaded it but it wont open Romantic emojis

I wanted like this app with so many neat choices but when it opens I can only access part of the alphabet on each font the rest are cut off no way to scroll the screen down Even after purchasing the upgrade same problem very disappointing Cant see all the letters

First I bought the app to have all the features Them you made all the features free and made pay more to remove adds added on the new update to give all for free And now I am trying to restore my purchases of free add and it those not work Disappointed

App is not fully accessible even once paid for Only a portion of the alphabet is visible and you can only send emails not text messages Nearly impossible to use Not good
