Long ago expect app Great job great design Can check my statement book my journey all in one place Awesome But some thing should be improved discovered so far display wrong number of tier miles ticket booking for economy gives BUSINESS prices for business n first class DOESNT work at all           Have room for improvement

Im using this app on my ipad air 2 Its very hard to book a flight search things as app is freezing     Very poor performance

Im glad Emirates is finally trying to catch up to its industry peers with a decent mobile website Passbook support for boarding passes even making this appbut the app is painful to use Navigating around the app is confusing and inconsistent Data presented is often stale The user interface doesnt use any standard iOS controls and styles Its super slow even on the latest iPad Air It doesnt run on the iPhone It takes too long to login You cant make many changes to a flight The map showing the location of flights is painfully slow There are still bugs and glitches showing the same Skywards number multiple times when making a booking that have existed for several versions The list goes on Its clear to me that this app was made by an organization that puts more importance on design rather than function Perhaps Emirates should use some half decent developers who have a track record of building quality apps to produce this app Designers and web developers are typically not excellent programmers But hey its free        Good idea poor implementation

I am a gold member but the card on the app still shows blue I keep getting random alerts from the app asking me to book my chauffeur for flights that I have not booked and do not appear on my account Not sure why you cant upgrade with cash in Manage Bookings But nice interface Need to iron the bugs so that it gets four stars           Need to fix bugs

Since the iOS 8 upgrade I have been unable to successfully use the app even after uninstallingreinstalling or restarting iPad Air I see about 75 of the app and in either portrait or landscape mode the remaining 25 on the right is completely black obfuscating my viewuse of the app I have checked the forums and online support but see nothing Sure wish I could post a screen shot but not able to do here so not sure where to go for resolution     iPad App Continuously Corrumpted

The ios8 update is only displaying half the screen this is very frustrating especially after how brilliantly it worked on ios7     Screen cutting off

Tried to checkin on my returning trip and even though all my personal travel information is shown to be on file or after reentering this data the app keep redirecting to the same page asking to review it     Useless for checking in

Ive used the initial release of this app for some time and it was fairly ok although certainly not great Since the latest upgrade it is completely unusable It starts by displaying a beige embossed Emirates background and after a while simply crashes When I open the apps running in the background and click on the Emirates app it comes up with the home view as I would expect However I cant do anything with it it doesnt respond to any clicks and eventually crashes again That leaves me with only their website which recently also started to be very slow and unresponsive It seems to me to reflect the whole corporate attitude of Emirates to look flashy and stylish but without substance the knowhow and service quality to back it up Very very disappointed     Complete waste
