Five stars This application has been a great informative resource out in the construction field I like how you can search in the index and bookmark a page with notes and email it I can honestly say I have become more safety aware and knowledgeable about the Army safety regulations Highly recommend this application                     Great resource phelipao8

You are better off getting a PDF editing app and reviewing searching printing and annotating your text freely without the restrictions this app has on it USACE wanted it to be free BTW It is OK on an iPhone I guess for quick reference It is much better to take a free PDF download of EM 385 and proceed as I described above Especially on an iPad Use the to buy a PDF app I gave an extra star for effort I know that a lot of work went into the APP development         it s OK Ephew

My suggestion to any one interested in this app for there phone I say don t do it It s not worth the ten dollars I have better luck and get more use out of uploading a PDF copy to iBook for my iphone4 IBook is of greater use because it s far easier to look up information I wish I could get my money back     IBook CSO R2

This is a good application but you cant word search so it defeats the purpose of being on a handheld You can search in the index but not like you can in an Adobe PDF format where you can search for any word Thats what would make this APP great Please fix this so we can really use it While out in the field we need to be able to search and find fast         Leonaga Leonaga
