Wow I really got taken First of all nowhere in the description of this app does it tell you the programs are designed FOR WOMEN Then they are total audio programs with cheesy music playing that youre supposed to listen to while working out I thought the app was going to tell you how to program your machine for the programs specified but no such luck I should have known better than to get this app when it had no ratings in almost a year If the only thing I can take away from this is that my stupidity saved someone else 5 bucks then I guess the money was well spent otherwise I was robbed Dont get screwed like I did
