I haven t found any other app to calculate power triangle like this app Very helpful for that Most of the time I use power triangle calculator the values are too large to display correctly Need larger field or different formatting                 Perfect for what I need one flaw mmain1

The program seems unintuitive to me I fill out the fields for voltage and resistance for ohms law but values for current and power do not always appear or one will but not the other Plus the ads are intrusive I think this could be a nice program with a little more work         not too good Tim573

This is one of my favorite apps Where I work we sell almost every semi conductor under the sun and the other employees have to find a resistor color code chart calculator or a cheat sheet I just whip out my iTouch                     Work chrismartin517

As an electrical instrumentation tech I know this stuff by heart but for someone who is a novice weekend diy er it s a great app Needs to have more tolerance options on the resistor color code and add an option for a 5 band resistor             Great for novice bassmaster72

I love the resistor color code section however they could at least show the actual resistor with the proper colors in the pic That would really help PLus it would help as well if they put the red and brown in the tolerance section They only have none silver and gold But otherwsie a very useful tool for electricians                 Nice BALLNMIKE

Overall I would say taht it is accurate enough to entertain and even help freshman to soph college level electrical engineers Don t be thrown off by the oddly placed profesh electrical engineers that should know these things by heart I would say that at the point it is now they could charge for this it is amazing it is free I have never found an error output if you are using it right Keep uo the good work and possibly add more then you could make some real money         This is a great start to help beginner Engineers The Tru Madd Hatter

I have one suggestion for the RLC in parallel The equivalent R of the whole resistor could have an input value aswell so I can determine the needed R for an specific resistor in the association Still very nice app                 Very friendly and easy to use AZ Cardinals fan

The app works fine but I m only giving it one star because the information available on the App Store fails to mention that it s ad supported While there s certainly nothing wrong with that software distribution model it s disingenuous not to let people know about it before they download Many of us prefer not to be bombarded with any more advertising than we are already exposed to on TV radio print etc     Warning Ad Supported gyrogeerloose
