I am a small business user and Egnyte has grown along with me I am especially impressed with customer support the tutorials are good and getting better but when I post a questionI usually get a call back within a few hours A rarity these days Only one wish that Egnyte would partner with more apps so I could snap to or save to just like Dropbox etc Been using from day 1 keeps getting better Chris Journal
Overall a nice convenient way to view cloud stored documents and media BUT when downloading larger media i e video clip the app force closes Consequently my workaround to get the file on my phone is to use a different cloud storage solution Downloading media force closes app Rigatoni baloney

This is a nice app It is nice to be able to access documents when I am away from my desktop computer It is also nice to be able to share documents with other workmates The drawback to this program is its high expense for small companies like mine It has many features we don t need or use It would be wonderful if the offered a scaled back option that just allows document sharing for 5 or fewer Love having access to all my documents on my computer and tablet Gare-Bo

Please update this app I use it frequently and it crashes now after the iOS 80 update Also it would be beyond awesome if you could add a way to send several documents at once without them being zipped when the recipient received them Maybe that can be done already and Im missing it One star for now After the iOS 80 update it wont work

The fact that Egnyte totes itself as a great piece of business software and then doesnt test with iOS 8 beta to ensure proper functionality and thus allowing the app to crash when ios 8 launches is inexcusable Crashes

Since my last review they were able to provide an update for iOS8 Now it is back to full functionality and I change my rating back to 5 stars Thank you egnyte team Knowing it is not easy to follow up on iOS updates and test all of them I would recommend some kind of communication at least to the paying customer base Previous post Hope you are working in an update can not use the app on my iPhone5 anymore I will update my rating once it is running again It used to be a 5 star rating UPDATE Need iOS8 support APP is crashing

Ive been using Egnyte for over a year now The ease of use combined with great versatility has been a real boon to my work I can determine what I want to see on each of my devices including the web interface One request that I know Egnyte is working on is the ability to hide some files in the cloud eg databases that would be corrupted if used in that manner Love the convenience versatility

Technical support has been slow and sometimes nonresponsive for 2 to 5 days on issues that have slowed or burdened access to our companys operational data We have encountered issues that should not exist for an enterprise level cloud data storage solution While technical support has been professional having to wait sometimes 2 to 5 days for a response and not being able to reach a live person when our companies data is troubled is unacceptable We are suspicious if Egnite is the right solution for us moving forward CEO

I have paid subscriptions to 5 cloud storage services including two Enterprise Cloud services Egnyte has become my go to for business and pretty much my personal as well Where EGNYTE stands out is they constantly are improving and adding innovative features the mobile application is great and seem to focus more on file security Theyre support is responsive and they actively respond to and include feature requests I would give 5 stars but they do not offer direct linking or image hosting Top Enterprise Cloud Storage FileShare

This app world be greatly enhanced if the administer rights were expanded to allow the ability to add new users change passwords see permissions better not just all administers but list them individually Great but needs more functionality
After close to a year of using the Egnyte service I can say that it has been consistently seamless and a critical part of my design and collaborative workflow allowing me to share files with others and keep project files synchronized across several personal and work computers PC and Macs and mobile devices iPhones and iPads I also love that they are constantly improving the service UIUX and introducing new features almost on a monthly basis Egnyte just keeps getting better and better Seamless and consistent
I store all my files on this app Im a realtor and I am now paperless No longer have to carry files around Love love this app
It is not worth money for a small business It doesnt work kicks you off constantly and a quote from their staff we dont need money from you because you are so small that your money doesnt matter If you are a small business go to another company that will treat you better and dont waste your time DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Its not a website but between Box Dropbox for teams and Egnyte which my team all evaluated its the best by far A few very minor tweaks perhaps to make the functionality of each button more clear maybe but its fully functional I can do nearly everything I can do on the website including seeing and changing folder permissions Its just great And was a big part of the reason we selected Egnyte and I highly recommend the service and the app Best of cloud storage apps
