It is too bad this app hasnt been updated in over a year If two flaws were corrected it would be a very nice crossword app The main flaw is that there does not seem to be an easy way to switch between the intersecting across and down words at a given location If there is a way I havent found it The only way seems to be to scroll through all the across clues in either direction in order to wrap around to the down clues and vice versa Most crossword apps allow you to tap the current active square to switch between the intersecting words The other problem which appears to be mainly in iOS 6 612 iPhone 4S specifically is that hitting the Back button from the puzzle or the Menu button from the puzzle list often causes a crash to the home screen I have not experienced a crash from the puzzle screen and I have not seen any crashes on an iPod Touch 3 in iOS 511 Otherwise I like the puzzle interface and also the ability to open a puz file from a direct URL Fixes to the above problems would make this a very good program Much potential but a couple of serious flaws
