InApp purchase for 1099 felt like bait switch but actually is mentioned in the app info page fine print If you buy this do so before you leave I bought it hoping to cut some pack weight from the book but setup requires lengthy synchronization on wifi hat may be hard to come by for an American wo a data plan Whats worse the App wont let you backdate your start time Im three days in Also theres no apparent commenthelp feature which was the last straw Will update if App is helpful but that three strikes before I even got started Not happy so far
This app is nearly useless It is highly buggy and stopped working entirely on my recent camino The book is far more reliable than the app and it is much easier to find things in it The maps are not very accurate they dont seem to be properly georeferenced The app is difficult to use for planning The developers would be wise to pull this app off the market until it has been rigorously tested As it is it is not ready for prime time Peregrino
This app doesnt have all the features advertised until you make an in app purchase for the full version Hard to see how much they are charging for the full version so I sent this app to the cloud Not useful as is Not as advertised

I paid 999 for this app and all I got was the first stage They are asking for 999 in Euro for the full version I emailed them and never heard back DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY SO DISAPPOINTED
Ive been trying to use the app on the Camino No matter where I am it says I am 789 km from Santiago It took a week to figure out how to get to the stage descriptions which are very truncated The POIs on the maps are so large they obscure the underlying area There are no elevation gain and loss charts so no info about the terrain Also Ive not found any distance info Im not interested in motivational messages and such which seem to be a big part of the app No instruction on how to use the app at all So for me its a beginning but theres a long ways to go Limited Usefulness
