A great App A real time saver easy to use and convenient It saves you time deciphering handwritten entries which is time consuming and difficult at times Now I have accurate easy to read information right at my fingertips Thank You so much                 2003

This app was just what I was looking for I am an artist showing my work on outdoor art festivals across the country One way I promote my work is through email marketing and I used to collect my customer information the old fashion way with pen and paper The fact that I was only able to read half of the entries and that I had to enter each one into Excel drove me crazy When I purchased my new iPad I came across this app and have been using it exclusively to collect customer information What a time saver I highly recommend this Guestbook app                 Great iPad App

This application left me high and dry at a pivotal business event While it should be a relatively simple app it fails to perform its most basic task     Failure

In order for that error msg to go away go to your IPad settingprivacycontactsturn on guestbook        It took me a long time but I was able to make it work

This App Is great It will be excellent if you have chance to add custom fields              Need option to add custom fields

This would be great to gather information at parent meetings Set up was easy however I keep receiving error messages every time I hit the sign in button There is no support no one to contact for help I feel totally ripped off     DO NOT WORK

I give this app two thumbs up It does exactly what I need it to do Like the name says it is easy to set up and use It would be great if you could customize it a little bit more background image font style and other styling settings It makes collection customer information very easy and I like the fact that it saves the information directly into my address book with iCloud enabled it pushes the information directly onto my work computer technology I am loving it              Two Thumbs Up

Ive been trying to get in touch with creator of this APP Im hoping that a techie or the APP person will see my comment and help me Ive been using it without a problem until the past couple of weeks I cant finalize an entry I get an error message The error says nothing just error Frustrated Ive been using this great APP for a long time for my business so its important to me to fix this error and be able to register students attending my classes I also am afraid to uninstall and reinstall in fear of losing all the contact information that was entered through this APP So I also need to know what happens to the contact information if I uninstall and reinstall the APP I cant afford to lose the data I have and it would take too much time to have to go type up everyones contact information in a word document to save in case I may lose my data I have thoroughly been grateful for this particular APP as it tracks all my students from my different groups with notes Its a terrific APP The only thing is now Im having a problem and cant write anyone for help hence my comments in the Review area Someone please help me with the APP issue and about if I will lose all my contact data if I uninstall my APP and then reinstall it I recommend this APP to anyone just need some assistance right now is all One more thing is there a limit to how many entries I can enter Ok so I tried adding a new contact and what its doing is saying error but when I look at my full contact list its there This is not ok as it means I have to hope it continues adding without know for sure and its a pain in the rear that the error message still comes up and then I have to delete all current information from the last person who filled in their information It doesnt look professional and I shouldnt have to do this I went to the cloud and that didnt change a thing Maybe Im in the wrong area and you the APP creator whoever you are would be tell me exactly where on my iPad is the actual setting Step by step Im sure Im not the only person who would like to know these things If I dont view an answer to my concerns soon Im going to uninstall it and not trust to even look at this APP again Why create an APP and then forget about us out here Why no support That just isnt right or even nice You have been a 5 APP until now and with no support I can only give you a 1 If anyone else could answer my questions that have this APP I would appreciate hearing from you on the Review area since there is no other way to communicate here My main concern right now is will I lose my data thats been entered if I uninstall the APP Thanks Kim     NEED APP SUPPORT PLEASE

Downloaded this to use to sign up customers at an event but I could never get it to work I tried over and over again to input a customers contact info and it was embarrassing Cant even get an email address for the developer so I can request a refund So not worth it     Not worth it

I intent to use this in a partially unsuppervised pulic area and would like to lock the app and keep people from getting into the settings There is no contact for the developer so I can not contact them directly to ask if they have a hidden feature for locking it or if I could hire them to add a lock feature Great but no lock           No password protection

This app is finally worth its weight in gold What I appreciate the most is that the developers really listened to the feedback that we gave them and applied it to this app You feel valued when you know your voice has been heard This app now works great and rotates to landscape as it should but best of all input fields have the ability to be made optional This is a huge step I can confidentially now say that this is the single best guest book app available for someone in my shoes I regularly show my artwork at various arts craft shows around the country This allows me to setup my iPad and let the customer input their info No more illegible handwritten in a notepad contact lists Also those get misplaced or damaged All customer info is directly sent to your contacts lists on all devices via iCloud PERFECT                 Thank you thank you thank youfor listening

I just got this app to use for my works customers email list It doesnt even work When you type in your info a message pops up saying Failed an error occurred I have tried to use it the last 2 days and it has have not been able to save any information Do not buy     POS

Unable to access groups for contacts I get an error when entering any data A complete waste of money     App Crashes

Im looking to share commentssuggestions on the apps webpage but I do not see a place to do so So Im doing it here I just loaded the app and set up a sample Id like to see a few more background options I was hoping for purple or a link where I could add my own background Or the solid color option grid might be nice Id like the option of putting the custom message at the top or the bottom of the page or both And the box lets me type more than is actually visable on the page I also wish I could edit the names of the boxes for my own speficicastions And I would like a few checkboxes Also with editable options So I could ask with checkboxes interested in volunteering college student affiliation etc Im just not sure this will work for us since I cant edit the boxes Well see Its a great start Please keep it going           Where is the customer service

Error message comes up Cannot input any contacts I have changed my default contacts to iCloud and I am still getting error msg Not happy     Error message

Apps interface was simple and intuitive but unexplained error kept occurring when I attempted to enter contact information Program fails to perform its basic function Not worth your money     Nonfunctional

What a total waste of my time Its a good concept but I cant edit my group like change the group name etc You can only edit the one you have just created but not those group already sync in your contacts I tried to find the customer service contact but no avail Deleted the apps after several tries but the guest book is still in my contacts which is annoying     Where is the customer service

App crashes repeatedly Ive never had an app crash so badly I am very disappointed     I want my 3 back

This app has a few bugs but the most significant relates to security How can the app be locked to prevent usersguests from modifying fields settings etc     Support Security Concern

I had high hopes for this as I just needed a simple guest book app so I dropped the money for this one Unfortunately it doesnt work I tried over and over to set it up and as soon as any goes to sign in it says an error has occurred No way to get a hold of any customer support Feels like I was swindled     Buggy doesnt work

Purchased and worked great for about 2 events 3rd event I got the Failed error occurred popup and havent been able to get beyond it Absolutely no support available that I have been able to find Seems they put it up and forgot about it Until they make support available Im still looking for a solution If you are lucky enough for it to keep working for you great but Id suggest investing elsewhere     Great concept no support

For those of you receiving this error go to your settings and set your default contact list to icloud The error seems to occur because your default contact list does not have a way of given the app permissions to creat groups and contacts in that contact list eg Exchange Set it to icloud and it works fine This is a great app                 Failed an error occured

The name of the App does not reflect the user experience Easy is a misnomer Never did get the app to work it threw errors every time I attempted to log a guest Waste of money     Easy is a misnomer
