I am a paying customer since inception of app App is ok for a mobile accounting app But unfortunately they got greedy and did not honor previous agreements from paying customers They could have grandfathered paying customers before their new version came out But they decided to ripoff paying customers Yes they are ripping off customers who have already paid for the app paid for add ons Sorry but theirs only one explanation and that is they don t care about their customer who are the ones who helped them build their app into a successful venture So wrong and it s going to piss off a lot people     Was happy but now I m no longer happy Scriptires

I really like the ease of use of this app I purchased the app before they changed their business model to subscription and now they left me out in the cold They gave me their lite app with no way to import my existing data Also no tech support despite my previous purchases     Frustrated Scengraving

Quicken was my accounting software since it came out many years ago Use it for my home and rental business I used an older version for years until Quicken force you to upgrade So I did and then my nightmare started I started experiencing bugs on each new software release I lost transactions and my accounts got out of balance I had a mess at the end of the year to clean up I had enough A friend told me about Easy books how easy it was to use And it is easy neat and simple Love how it works your Account Receivable is merge in with the General ledger accounting software providing real easy way to control your customers and accounting together I use it with my rental business Works great             Works great with my Rental Business Unblock game lady

We bought the whole program several years ago and have put everything from our business in Then they without any notice put the program on a subscription basis and want us to pay every month Older customers who bought it as a program should be grandfathered in Because I wouldn t pay all my documents and records have DRAFT all over them As a program in general its pretty complicated to get started and takes some getting used to to set up all the fields ect and then its even more annoying finding them again a year later to change something I didn t like the reports it was very difficult to manage invoices from business in 2 different states Over all there are better programs out there Currently I am using zipbooks Its free cloud based and its already doing more for me than easybooks     Terrible Company and Program Addicted sdku

The developer sold this to me for a one time fee A couple of months after I bought it he changed to subscription based pricing Now he says that after a year I need to switch to Easy Books lite which will not be supported If the next version of iOS isn t fully compatible with the app then that s just too bad I would not have bought this under the subscription arrangement I think he should give me a refund or honor his agreement If I m going to pay a subscription then I would expect much more than what this limited app provides It can t even sync to my bank account I would like to see unethical people like this not succeed Please don t support him by subscribing to this app     Developer is unethical please don t buy this app myou51

I just wanted to say that I love this app Easybooks has been perfect for my small plumbing company and has freed me up in the bookkeeping department As far as the new subscription charges they are very low priced and extremely reasonable Support has been consistently great they always get back to me the next day The advice given has always shown me more features that are contained in the app which I wasn t aware of Thanks Easy Books people for making my life much easier a satisfied customer                     Easybooks is Awesome Patrick Denny

It is sad that people rob and steal for a living but it is worst when a business does it The developers of this software are a bunch of cheaters robing others for their own profits I paid for this app almost 5 years ago with add ons and at the time it was a fair exchange I was then asked to give a review to help boost sales I gladly complied However for the sake of money and competition they have decided to change to a subscription policy with the latest update I have no problem with businesses competing with other businesses just don t rob and steal from your clients and those who gave you glaring reviews in the beginning sorry bunch of crooks The best thing for this developer to do would have been to create an updated version of this app separately with new features that compete with other accounting apps and offer the updated version on a subscription basis You will NOT be in business long when you do what this developer is doing Don t subscribe because the thief that developed this app is liable to change rules on you Stay away     Developer A Thief Robber BuddyB1201

Pros It s a resident program It allows me to do all my accounting on my iPad which is so portable I ve used many accounting programs and while this doesn t have all the bells and whistles it gets the job done                     Great Little App Myknock

I got easy books to help me keep track of my landscaping business It works very well and has the features I want from recurring transactions and very easy to add new transactions However you only get 60 spaces or 60 transactions You then have to pay 32 to unlock unlimited transactions Then another 32 for customer invoice and so on This amount seems to be pretty over the top and unreasonable especially for something as simple as having unlimited transaction space The only thing that seems worth that price is the online sync and support If they packaged all the other add ons into one 32 purchase it would be far more reasonable and would make much more sense             Really good except for price Fixing young

I ve had a few issues with this product but for the most part it seems to work well My main complaint is with the mobile sync after I purchased the in app mobile sync I still had issues with getting an overlay on my invoices that said sample Then it magically started working but the invoices from the computer were all jacked up so I had to issue them from my phone or iPad to get one that had the right pricing And about a week later I was notified that I had to renew my subscription I thought it was a one time purchase So while this seems like an inexpensive app the costs just keep coming             Mobile Sync grailpm
