Excellent app Love it                 Great med billing app

I have hated this stuff for years but I can now say with the help of this app I am a coding and documentation beast Incredibly easy to use It makes sure I have the correct code and then tells me EXACTLY what I should document in the EMR they are making us use The app does all of this automatically without me having to know anything I wish they would develop their own EMR because this is a heck of a lot better and MUCH faster than the one we have to use Most incredibly I had a question and emailed the developer from the setting page Dr Dunaway personally responded in less than an hour Amazing I told him I would write a review and here it is           My review

Wanted to write after seeing the lousy review I am far from a coding expert but you have to be crazy or work for another coding app to believe this is not a great app I wish I could get my money back too from the 450 coding seminar I attended I just needed this 35 app I do not have to understand any of this coding crap because this makes it so easy The first time I used it 2 minutes I was sold on this app Best coding tool I have seen I visited the developers website looked at the videos and it all makes sense and was even cheaper than my code book NOTHING MISLEADING HERE This app knows its stuff and my coder was astounded at my improvement Worth 10x the price KUDOS                 Exactly what I needed

Very disappointed in this program and do not recommend anyone purchasing it Wish I could get my 35 back Its misleading You cannot select a EM level of care based on the medical decision making component alone as this program seems to contend Each EM is made up of the three key components history physical exam and medical decision making unless you meet the guidelines for charging based on time Depending on your category you have to have 2 of 3 or all 3 key components to determine your level of care Ill stick with Stat EM Its a much better program     PWalsh

This app should be renamed a doctors best friend First of all the menu was extremely easy to navigate Second the response time was quick and the learning curve was minimal But most importantly this app will eliminate ALL of the following 1 the tedious thought process of us doctors trying to figure out which code fits the services we provide A lot of us end up using codes that often do not reflect our services and lead to under billing because the coding system is too complex and we simply dont have the time to learn it So our lack of in depth knowledge of the medical coding system works against us in that we often dont get paid for what we do or we get accused of not having enough documentation to justify the code we billed for Our unfamiliarity with the coding system works to the advantage of payor sources in that they get free services My feeling is if we do the work lets get paid for it 2 the worries of auditors accusing us of over billing inflating patient charges or even worse committing freud 3 the need to hire someone just to make sure they code our services right and the worry about whether they truly know what they are doing The brilliance of this app is that it thinks like we doctors think After I used this I had confidence and peace I knew that I had used the correct code that I would never be questioned about it that I had spent little time in the process that I had wasted minimal brain cells and most importantly that my eventual payment would reflect the services I had provided In summary this is a very small investment for this brilliant tool that has finally DECODED the complex unfriendly coding system that is a doctors nightmare All I can say is GET IT Marian D                 Great App
