I read the reviews on this app so I thought well I will download it It really is like it says It makes finding a place to stay so much easier I will be eager to see if the places are nice that they recommend I am a big review reader and people can lie but I look at the average overall Some people are just miserable And they say misery loves company I love life And love enjoying my free time when I am not volunteering                 This app is AWESOME

Why would I search for a rental on specific dates to be shown prices for 6 months from now Heres an example Searching for a 2 night weekday rental in Lake Tahoe for mid July under 200night 18 results awesome Out of the 18 listings 2 had prices of under 200 for the time I was looking for The rest show things like 99night which in Dwellable terms means one week a year in early December is the place 99night the rest of the year its 250 per night Waste of time unless you have plenty of time to filter through their horrible system 2 stars because the app is well designed        Waste of Time

This app could be really great and useful with a range search feature Such as all available rentals within 300 miles of Chicago with a price range and amenity search              Range Search Function

This interface is super slick Easy to eliminate the bad options and keep the good ones I appreciate not being asked to create an account first thing                 Very Slick App

I hate having to keep tons of windows open and repeatedly looking at rentals I already rejected This app solves both those problems with its swipe to love or ignore a rental I was able to go through way more houses on the bus today and I can always pick up my search right where I left off                 Finding a rental just got easier

It seems a little dull to appreciate filters but when searching for a rental house they are really important This app gives you good ones right up front to help quickly weed through lots of properties and find ones relevant for you Great pictures too Would like to see another revision or 2 on the swipe left right feature bc I need more info before I can decide whether to keep or ditch a place photos exact location and in all likelihood the bucket of likes Im building wont be filled in one round but it will be iterative Also would like to be able to use the map as a filter and some locationspecific filters are needed such as on the lake or lake view for Tahoe as an example Those filters are much more important than say hot tub for that location Otherwise keep up the good work              Great simple clear filters

It is very cool to just swipe through places It is much more natural and less fatiguing to find the place I want By far the smoothest app Ive ever used                 Refreshing experience

This app is terrible I set it to only show up to 350night and it displays 100night and most had an average of over 500night     Terrible
