Ive been able to pay my bill much faster than trying to use the web site I always lose my bill with my account on it so it takes 20 minutes to figure it out on line Now with 23 clicks bill is paid and I am done Just reported a power outage and it took less than 10 seconds honestly I really like this Great

Just checked the status of an outage found it was reported yet and then reported an outage at my address in under a minute without knowing how to use the app Very self explanatory and walks you through the steps Fast and Easy

Reporting an outage is fine but checking status for restoration time dont bother just call DTE cause they know restoration times and the app does not Not useful for checking status Not accurate
