This was one of my favorite games on the old PlayStation.
Your game stinks this is my least favorite game.
~ Definitely new cities for free driving and more levels for undercover.
It needs more levels.
And the best part of the game on the PC was freight train mode.

It took me maybe two days to beat the Undercover mode.
It is possible to beat the game.
The cops are either easy to lose.
and it's almost impossible to lose the cops.
