In order to use the Tex Express you have to let them know at least 15 minutes ahead of using it So they actually encourage you to use the app while driving I know they will tell you to pull over and use it but really how dumb is that Worst app in the history of apps TylerTap
The app works but is extremely clunky It s not optimized for the new iPhones that are out so the screen is very small and pixelated making it hard to actually use the app The 15 min to use the HOV that also needs to be worked on Needs to be updated badly Righty Bear

This app is trash they obviously don t want u to be able to activate ur hov status so they can just take more money Senator Cruz sold out to the Chinese contractors that built the nt rollaway authority I get errors and I want a tax refund for these crappy tolls half the time the toll over charges anyhow Getting robbed crazedarmyman
Horrible to set up doesnt recognize the Texas handicapped license plate because there is no way to put the chair before the numbersletters When you email Customer service you just get a genric generated reply to call customer service and then on hold for over 30 minutes No time to sit on hold No wonder it cost so much for a single rider to use the express they need to make money somewhere Too many bugs
After half an hour of trying to convince the app that my license plate is valid I gave up Disappointing Has potential but isnt there yet Nope
This app is worse than paying tolls Was it even tested It keeps telling me I have to add a vehicle while at the same time saying 1 of 5 vehicles added Cant do anything with the app as a result Never mind the endless amount of personal data it expects you to enter Youve got to be kidding me
Apparently no ability to update You have to remember before you leave to switch and say you want to do HOV If not they are essentially requiring you to login on your phone while youre driving Thats just plain stupid Another example of poor planning and just another way to take more of our money because the app is NOT user friendly Another Bad App

Adding this dropping a star used 60 of battery today in the background for my location according to iOS settings Even Waze only used a few percent Cant really read barcode Have to manually type the DTR then use barcode reader After adding vehicles Discounts buttons does not know Had to kill app and then use button Still not sure if Ill ever benefit from this app based on my commute Problems
Texpress decided to push the rollout of this app by offering the free week promo but didnt bother to test the app so now were left to wonder if we will be charged for Texpress driving or not Needs a lot of help before it should be widely used App needs bugs removed
Get this piece of trash off the App Store Its cheap cheesy and worthless TRASH
The website says u can register 15 minutes before u want to take the lane at a discount but it wont even allow u to register an hour before You actually have to register 24 hours before Alsowhy should a person need to register for the discount in the first place because that exit is only off the HOV lane which means technically if youre taking that route you should have more than one person in the car This is a rip off It should be just like the HOV lane in that if you have more than one person its discountedone person full price or fine Bah
The app has no support and is poorly made for the end user overall poor quality just like road made quickly with blatant disregard for the public safety just to generate revenue faster I wouldnt travel on a road that will flood because of poor design reviews and oversight speaking for LBJ express especially for the absurd prices posted on electronic boards Negative 5 Spainards
Annoying to activate Deleting too many bugs
I login with my toll account have to create a new account WHAAAT After creating an account I cant add vehicle and tag id keeps telling me plate and tag dont matched Cant add vehicle or link account
As with others there is no integration with the NTTA Im unable to even get signed in properly Cant get to the registration for my TollTags What the Why send out a mass email advising a free week then make us download an app that doesnt function Great going The app is deleted until you get your act together Unhappy What a cruddy app
Way too complicated for what little it does You have to go through way too many steps just to get access to the screen for a discount Save your time and just stay away from the app and the toll lanes All of this should be done through your tolltag Pain in the tush
Ever since I upgraded my iOS the app says cannot load data Contact the administrator Guess what there is no link for support anywhere on the website Doesnt work anymore
Downloaded today and am already deleting Error codes it logs you out every time you make a selection Needs tons of improvement Unusable
Horrible Expect many errors and no support assistance Twice I have had issues with the last one now on 4 days with no help App functions like deleting a car or editing do not work Also you will need to make sure you update weekly to have the same scheduled use Even then you may have sections like Monday am that you wont be able to include for no apparent reason Beware
If you want the discount you have to go on to the app at least 15 minutes before you hit the toll road Im taking the toll road if theres traffic otherwise it makes 0 difference in my commute I usually dont know the traffic situation until Im right there Worthless
So far Im not really impressed This app doesnt interface with my Tolltag account so I was unable to download the app and register for the HOV discount as a passenger enroute to the Texpress lane You have to first register your vehicle with Tolltag number make model etc it would seem that this information could populate from my NTTA account Requires Advance Setup
