I cant login to my account I know my information fix it Fix it

Too bad they didnt think about the customer interface Once you open the app it is on a login screen either sign in or hit demo No ability to create an account and nothing pointing you to how to create one Hit demo and add a project Sure but it keeps wanting you to select a location from a blank list Hit the sync button and you download everyone elses failed test project Thats ok Ill just hit the help button to figure this app out you think to yourself Its then you realize there is no help button Thats when you come back here to see if there are instructions and only find the website info A quick visit there tells you this a monthly subscription app be nice if they were upfront about that but you dont know what you get for it since the demo is useless and the instructions are nonexistent So in less time than it took to write this review you download open close and delete the app and hope that next time instead of constantly trying to squeeze every last dollar out of restoration contractors theyll actually take the time to provide a product that is clear and useful Looks pretty here

Downloaded and tried the demo It said to select a location but nothing came up Hopefully the paid program is better but I wont be buying it It also keeps crashing so I cant try again Demo

This app MAY be awesome but I wouldnt know it Theres a demo screen but as soon as you try to complete a locations screen its greyed out so you can not enter info Therefor you can not properly demo this They would want you to pay 200 for a setup fee Then 39 a month to have Internet support My thought is if you cant even get the demo right I doubt that you are competent enough to carry this GREAT IDEA to its true potential Hire someone to do this for you I visited this site two months ago trying to demo this app and NOTHING has changed I WANT to give you my money but at this time apparently management is lacking I want to like this BUT

when you download the before you try to create a job you must synchronize to bring in information from the servers that couldnt be populated during the build fixes
