This app is excellent if you just want to quickly search google or find an ICD code However it has a lot of room for improvement It would be near perfect if I could use it to voice search UptoDate and Epocrates         Needs improvement ********important******^^^^^

Just downloaded the app It recognized almost all of my dictations The best part was I could search the ICD9 codes by dictation What a great concept Time saved Hope this is the real future of EMR Update Had this App since September Still great No more bulky ICD code books Update use this everyday Now even more code choices to choose from Highly recommend still                     This app is the best time saver Tort Reform

This app does everything I need The doctors I work for often forget to put codes on orders and tracking them down can be a pain Having this at my fingertips is a life and timesaver Fantastic The only thing I would add is a pubmed search engine Then I would be in heaven                     Amazing Lilpuna

I have been using this app since March 2011 I was a Hospitalist and went back into output medicine where I couldn t seem to find the ICD 9 codes fast enough The touch to speak feature is a time saver I love the references to articles for the diagnoses I am searching The app ha been very stable and I will continue to use it Truly a diamond                     Excellent AppleDoll

Easy to use The medline search engine is helpful The others are average This app would be even better with a pubmed search engine Overall very easy to use I can see this being used in every day practice                     Works as advertised Epsdog

Now back to using ver 1 on iphone 3G 3 1 3 because 1 0 2 crashes every time I search Ipad needs version 1 0 1 which did work but i don t have anymore ver 1 is just black screen on ipad after launch and ver 1 0 2 just crashes Totally useless now     CRASHES Had to revert to old version jessehoffer

This is the best medical app available I routinely get information faster and a more in depth scope than my colleagues who do not have this application If you are a physician nurse or anyone else in the medical field I would highly recommend this application I have also never had any problems using this app on my iPhone                     Great App RaL_10

Ok im not sure what problems other people had but Im a medical student and I use this app a lot It saves a lot of time and I cant believe how well it recognizes words like epipodophyllotoxins I guess I could just load up google and type things in but with this I dont have to If I dont have a lot of time which is allways and I want to look up fast information about anything medically related at all a drug condition treatment whatever I use this Never crashed on me never had a problem and its free Five stars                     Awesome app Mscole13

I just downloaded and attempted to use but a popup screen requires professional information to be submitted Afterward I get a message that says Sorry cannot be registered at this time I believe this app is trying to compile a medical sales list Beware Update read the software agreement carefully It says you agree to Nuance for them to collect your speech data You might accidentally say something that could compromise patient privacy     Possible scam Dr. Jhon

The mashup of Dragon and other apps is very useful IMO synonyms are very impressive Recognition has been very good overall And far better than my handwriting Sorry for those who ranked it low because you need to provide qualifying data Not everything is free in the web                     Excellent integrated search Mkjboyce

I have been a user of the Dragon Medical desktop app for several years and would say that it is unsurpassed in voice recognition in part because it is able to use a large specialized vocabulary and to learn The challenge for the mobile app is to achieve good voice recognition without this My sense is that Dragon is trying to accomplish this on the server side which is why they collect the voice recognition files to tune the app So far their results seem less than impressive but I applaud them for their effort The other thing this particular search app needs to be able to do is allow the user to add other databases both free and subscription based Google Scholar and UpToDate are examples On the dictation side the Holy Grail would be a mobile app that allowed me to do all of my dictations from my smart phone perhaps using my voice recognition files from Dragon Medical 10 while doing rounds without being tied to a desktop computer This must be in the works Right now the majority of physician documentation strategies all require typing input by physicians which decreases productivity compared with dictation Physician data entry by typing has been one of the big stumbling blocks for adoption of EMR physician documentation efforts Dragon is in the sweet spot to be able to change all of this I hope they make it             A good start Dr PaulG

U have to enter personal data prior to installing app In my case the app didn t work so they got my info I got nothing I would like them to contact me to clarify this It feels A LOT like a scam     Beware Nature&Photos
